1.6 fully fenced private acres. Off-road parking on grass for 4-5 vehicles available, plus more along the side of the road. Sniffspot is accessed by a large chained gate with combination lock. Our 3 dogs are occasionally in an adjacent fenced area. Although we put up a visual barrier in that area, they may bark when you are nearby. We have a number of fun features for dogs, including three BIG tires to run through or jump on top of (dogs only please!), two smaller tires to run through, weave poles, a small round jump, a tunnel, a wooden spool, and a fire hydrant just for fun. There is a concrete table and bench seating - bring your picnic lunch. Running water, dog bowls, and grocery bags for poop are available across the field from the entrance gate, along with a poop scoop and large trash can. Toys, bug spray, additional poop bags, and an umbrella are located inside the tool box seat near the entrance. Hi there. I have a 12 acre hay pasture that is fenced for livestock but does not have dog proof fencing on all sides unless you have a (very) large dog. There is a pond that dogs love to play in, and a dirt mound for digging. There are plenty of pecan trees for shade. The neighbors on one side have a dog (i think), and sometimes people ride their horses down the dirt road and can be seen. People are rarely seen.

it’s a little spot off little trout river about 2 acres to be able to run freely 98% fenced in except for the river. The area has a fire pit if you’d like to sit or use, a swing or a variety of chairs for your relaxing. There is a hose available if you need to wash your pet before you go.

4 acre mini farm. Currently no horses in residence. 3 large fully fenced pastures with large oak trees for your dogs to run and enjoy. Plenty of room to park. Entrance gate requires code to open. Once you make your reservation you will receive the code. Notes on the gate - If it doesn't open fully when you enter the code - typically that means you didn't press the keys firmly or you hesitated too long between pressing the 4 digits. If it doesn't open fully - please count to five before entering the code a second time. Whatever you do, don't start punching the code quickly over and over - that is a sure way to guarantee it will not open correctly. Exiting through the gate: There is a sensor for when you exit - just keep driving at 5 - 7 mph towards the gate and don't pause until you see it start to open. People make the mistake of stopping when they have only partially passed the sensor. If you made it all the way to the gate and it didn't open you were likely hesitating or didn't drive fast enough. In any case back up at least 20 feet (think 5 car lengths) wait 10 seconds for the gate to reset itself before driving towards it again to exit.
