My dog really enjoyed this sniffspot!! It was my first one I ever went to! It was a beautiful spot, where my dog got to run around, play in the pool and play with the agility equipment! I enjoyed how this area is fully fenced so he was able to run around freely without the fear of him running away!

Beautiful property in the Kemptville area! Heather has two fully fenced areas (2 acre and 8 acre) with lots of seating, doggie toys and fun things to explore. The area was really well kept and clean. We will definitely be back!

55This was my first sniff spot ever & I was very anxious. I just moved to Ottawa this summer and our new ‘yard’ is a glorified patio. I remembered hearing about sniff spot type locations before and decided to look into it. After reading the reviews on this location, I was sold on Kemptville farm. Also, the drive in this time of year is beautiful!!! Changing leaves and the smell of bonfire. A perfect ride. Upon arrival (which is very easy on gps) the entrance from the given instructions was clear as day. I walked the perimeter to ensure every gap and corner was closed off, and it IS. My dog is a sharpei beagle, which is a difficult breed to have off leash in most environments besides a fenced yard since his instinct is to listen and hunt. I cried when I saw my pup running as fast as he could all around, listening to birds and sniffing new smells. His little brother (who is actually older, but half his size) loved the pool and the toys. This is THE luxury spot for your fur kids to have the best day ever. It went significantly better than I could have imagined, and will now become a regular part of our routine either bi-weekly or monthly. Thank you SO much for this space and loving dogs so much, you allow us other owners to enjoy your home. If I could give 10 stars; I would. Also - for the humans. The gazebo and chairs are PERFECT for having a coffee and relaxing while the dogs run. I am so beyond happy it brought me to tears. THANK YOU!! Emily B.

This was our first time trying a Sniffspot and this yard was just so much fun for our dog. The whole large space is amazing, well kept, and decked out with everything you and your dog could want or need, including the training agility section, open spaces, and a place for the humans to sit too. We will definitely be back again!

We absolutely love this place and look forward to it year over year. The beautiful and totally fenced in field gives us peace of mind for our dog Scully. Having access to the pool is such a bonus. She LOVED it! There are great shaded areas too. Thank you so much for sharing your great space!

What a great property, the trails were the favourite spot for my dogs! Just aimlessly running through, they sure were tired when time was up! Plenty of toys in the main yard, as well as in the field/trails, my dog carried a ball with him for his entire duration of running through the trails.

Absolutely wonderful spot! Our Jack Russell mix ran her little heart out and had a blast. The yard is big, well kept and lots of different areas to play.

We always have the best time at Kemptville Farm! We love the "grass maze" in the side lot for some hide 'n seek, and the backyard area for pool time. And toys galore! Heather is such a great host, too! Love this spot.

Our third time here in the past couple months and needless to say, it’s perfect every single time! A dogs paradise. Always feel secure, relaxed and know the dogs will be very tired after their running around. Always a bonus sitting on the covered porch reading a book in a muskoka chair. We will be back soon!!

That was a truly spectacular experience!! True freedom for my dogs!! The only problem is my dog looks depressed after leaving!! Even though I promise we’ll go back!! A few pointers: bring lots of water for your dogs. I didn’t see any provided and my dogs ran so hard they needed more than what I had brought… and no public bathrooms so find one on your way up ;).

I would give more stars if I could! Our very active dog had so much space to explore during our time here. The field was amazing with so many paths to run, hide and explore on. There was water for him to drink in the other fenced in area as well as lots of toys to choose from. We even tried out the agility equipment. It was wonderful to see my boy so happy and running free. I highly recommend Kemptville Farm Dogs!
