We’re located on 1.85 quiet country acres just minutes from 395 North and South. We have an acre of that property fully fenced in. We have open space with sparse trees and several places for the hoomans to sit. There is a large dirt “dig spot” and agility tires for walking on or going under! In summer, w e have a small kiddie pool for swimmies and several bowls of drinking water. Larry the lobster is a whacky sprinkler that’s fun and refreshing to pups and hoomans!

Welcome to Donovan's Doggy Dugout. We want to share our yard, a fully fenced haven where safety meets freedom and a place where your dog(s) can explore without a care. Our yard is an open invitation, whether it's a game of fetch or a gentle roll in the grass. We hope our yard will also invite you relax and unwind as you watch your dog(s) play freely and having a great time. The dugout (shed) will have amenities for your convenience and enjoyment. We can't wait to share our Sniffspot with you.

NOTE we have had a few recent issues with folks being sent to the wrong location while using Apple Maps. If you are having trouble locating us we suggest using Waze or Google Maps as an alternative. The driveway is well marked with Sniffspot signs. Fully fenced, lightly wooded yard, about an acre. Paths around perimeter and throughout. Barn with kennels in case you need to separate dogs or get in out of the weather. Plenty of shade. The property contains many boulders, tree stumps, logs and leaves for your dog to explore, and lots of room to run. Please wear sturdy shoes or boots and watch your step. There may be roots, rocks, holes or the occasional poop hiding under the leaves. Several of our guests have seen deer on the path to the SniffSpot gate. We strongly recommend keeping your dogs leashed until you are safely inside the fenced area.

Hello, and welcome to my private doggie and parent play yard. There is a rain water catch barrel system in place(seasonal)There is a garbage bin, rake and shovel to clean up any droppings. I have offstreet parking for your convenience. Pull into the driveway where you will see a parking sign. The gate is to the left of the garage.  you will see a sniff spot sign on the front lawn so you know you have found the spot. There’s an assortment of play toys, as well as an A-Frame agility ramp, hand sanitizer station and poop bags for your convenience. I’ve provided a table and chairs under a shelter for rest or relaxation. There’s a small trampoline and hoops (warm weather)set up. We have cold water upon request for $1 each in the extras section as well as doggie ice cream for $2.00 each, as well as many special gifts for your fur baby. Welcome to Your Pup’s Favorite Hangout Spot! Looking for a place where your dog can sniff to their heart’s content while you kick back and relax? You’ve found it! Our spacious, dog-friendly yard is equipped with cozy seating, a hammock for lounging, a raised dog bed for pup naps, and plenty of toys to keep those tails wagging. We’re a four-dog household ourselves, so don’t stress about poop—we do a full clean-up every evening. Just bring your pup, enjoy the space, and leave the mess to us! You’re welcome to come in through either gate—just make sure to close it behind you so no sneaky snouts slip out. Park in the driveway (we’re the stone house on the right-hand side), and get ready for some relaxed, tail-wagging fun!

This is a fully fenced (5' fencing) K-9 Agility park. There are a large variety of jumps, tunnel, weave poles, teeter, and Pause Table on premise. We have outdoor solar spotlights for after daylight hours use. With temperatures dropping into the 20's at night now, we have removed the hose station until Spring when it becomes warmer again. Please remember to bring water for your pups!! 💧💧💧💧 Poop bags, dog treats and tennis balls are provided. Off street parking on grass, parallel to the front fence. Bottled water, people snacks, hand warmers, chairs and table provided for humans. Dog treats, clean tennis balls, and extra poop bags in Rubbermaid bin under the table. Welcome to our spot! We have a big beautiful fully fenced in backyard with lots of features for pups to enjoy. Wide open grassy spaces, gentle hills, mossy areas, trees and bushes to explore, a small water feature, sunny and shady spots! We have a nice patio area with a variety of seating and tables. There is a hose for filling up dog bowls (please just ensure it is turned back off!). At the back of the yard, there is a gate leading out into woods/conservation area that can also be explored. If you bring kids, we have a small playhouse on the patio with some toys inside, along with two slides in the middle of the yard. Just ask for the WiFi password! This is a private area, heavily wooded with lots of great spots for your dog to enjoy the forest. This is a great place to bring your dog before going to Oakholm Brewery to tire them out.

We hope to complete the renovations with new enrichment programs and fun coursework later this summer. Please check with your accountant as we are a Non-Profit Registered, and the money we make from your visits 100% goes to healing these amazing K9s. April 2025 Spring cleanup has started and it’s looking good! Acorns, sticks & leaves have been cleared and the sunshine will bring green grass! Our landscaper will be by in the coming weeks with some fresh topsoil to fill in holes, level out the exposed roots around the tree near the gazebo and seed those areas. Thank you for your patience as we will have those small areas fenced off, so the seat has a chance to grow. There is still plenty of room to run distances! Welcome to the spacious dog-friendly backyard in Framingham, MA. Natural lush green grass and fully fenced in perimeter. Your dog can enjoy safe play, roam and explore. Easy access from both sides of the yard makes access a breeze. Our yard is ready to be your dog's new favorite spot!

Fenced in backyard with bunnies, squirrels, and chipmunks for your dog to sniff out. We rotate out sensory stations and different obstacles and dog toys depending on the season and notice. We just added a dog rope tug that is attached to our tree! Feel free to message us and request something specific. We have sprinklers, kiddie pool, splash pad, mini-trampoline, a host of different balls, long lines, and enrichment feeders. We also have laminated games and tricks to teach your dog! Not all games and activities are out all the time to give dogs room to run! Request anything you want to see in specific. We have a poop scooper, first aid kit, toys for children, and a small trash can as well as water bowl at the ready and chairs for the humans. Gazebo is currently down because a storm broke it, but will be up again soon. Our gazebo and outdoor couch is back up and running. Feel free to uncover and use if you like. If notice is given we could set up an umbrella for extra shade extra chairs, water bowl, and or treats for dog. Check picture 5 for the toys that are normally out and require no notice: nerf dog flyer frisbee, Chuck it with different balls, jollyball (10”), Kong Twistz ball, small dog ball, spring pole dog rope toy, and, tennis ball launcher (football looking thing you step on). Please unplug pool drain when finished to save squirrel lives! :)

Hello! We are excited to share our yard! The unique thing about us is we offer an agility obstacle course and a dog pool (upon request). We do have two dogs that we will keep inside and not visible. You may enter the property through a gate on the side of the house, but we will get more into details when you book :)

Come and play at Sammy’s Playground. There’s lots to do. With the entire 0.5-acre backyard fully enclosed by a new and secure chain-link fence (Fall 2022), your pups are free to safely roam, sniff, fetch and run to their hearts’ delight. And, wow… you are surely going to love watching them go!! Zoom-Zoom. Pool… Yup, we have a pool. Is your pup a swimmer? Or a swimmer wanna be? Our pool is the perfect spot to splish-splash away! The pool is inground and gunite (no liner). Again, we truly love the photos our Guests share. We have amazing photos of dogs going airborne into the pool. We wish Sammy (part Labrador Retriever, duh) would swim. Your dog cannot damage the pool. We have many life vests of varying sizes that should fit your dog(s). Feel free to reach out to us to see if what we have would indeed fit your dog. Use of the pool is an Extra. Specific details, fee structure and rules for pool use are included the Extras section. The areas along the perimeter of the yard are wooded and make for fun pathways for explorations. The central portion of the yard is sloped and open. This makes for plenty of romping and heavy-duty running- including long throws of a ball or a frisbee. We have a tennis ball thrower. Check out all of the photos and read the accompanying descriptions to get a better idea of how Sammy’s Playground will appeal to you and your furry friends!! And don’t worry about the yard (too much). There’s divots and mounds all around, no manicured lawns when dogs are at play. Go for it guys… Enjoy!! And, during off-season, the pool cover is elephant and dog proof. The dogs are allowed on the pool cover. It’s our hope that we do our absolute best to provide our Guests with the best experience each time they come over AND that our Guests remain as great as each have been - that we can continue to avoid any reason to raise our hourly rate. SniffSpot suggests we list Sammy’s Playground at $20/hour. We are uncomfortable with doing this, because it goes against the spirit of our objective for Sammy’s Playground in the first place: providing a safe and secure environment for dogs of all kinds to enjoy off-leash “true-dog” experiences with their loving humans. Barking IS allowed. (Be mindful of our neighbors are outside though) 🐾 We accept donations of dog food, p-pads and medications for the all-dog rescue organization, PAWS New England. PawsNewEngland.com for information about fostering, donating, adopting or other ways to support this amazing group. They save over 1,000 dogs per year. ——- NOTE: to open the gate, simply reach over the top to find the key. Twist/turn the key until it stops. Then, lift the knob on top of the gate and push the gate open… you’re in! The gate automatically closes behind you. Please confirm that it has engaged into the closed position and then turn the key to lock yourself in. DO NOT REMOVE THE KEY. Confirm that you have locked yourself in by seeing the little red dot and not being able to lift the knob. The photos section includes views of the gate, key and lock. MUST: when you leave, lock the gate. Doubly ensure that you have done so by lifting the knob. NOTE: As an “Extra” listed benefit, you may park your vehicle in an area away from the main gate and take advantage of a leisurely stroll down the very-well-kept sidewalks of Park Street and adjoining neighborhoods. We list this as an Extra simply so that we know why we have a car in the driveway, but no humans and dogs in the yard. Selecting this Extra just gives us the heads up. This might be a good way to burn off that last little bit of doggy energy or for some leash training while you’re here. This is time AFTER your booked time of using Sammy’s Playground (not a part of it). We just don’t want you to run off without taking advantage of all the resources available to you for your dog(s).

Welcome to our Sniffspot area in Sturbridge (Fiskdale) MA. We are excited to provide an off leash play space for your furry bestie. Conveniently located close to the Massachusetts Turnpike and Rte 84. The Sniffspot area is in a quiet residential, wooded area. There is a sportsman's club a ways down the road, and if there is an event, occasionally, the range can be audible. Most dogs have been completely unbothered by it. While I usually require advance notice, if you message me, and I'm able to immediately respond, I may be able to accommodate last minute reservations. (please note, with minimal notice, we may not have the opportunity to completely refresh the play space) Looking forward to adding amenities, play options and operational improvements as the season progresses .

Welcome to our backyard! We have a fully fenced in large backyard close to EB / Groton Subbase for all your doggo needs! We have ample seating - so you can relax while throwing the ball for your dog. We have two labs that absolutely love playing there, but don’t worry, they’ll be inside when you guys arrive! Will provide water for the pups, dog poop bags and a hose in the summer months if your dog loves water! Come enjoy with your furry friends

The yard is completely fenced in. There is a huge clearing for ball throwing and running, as well as woods further back for adventures. This yard has everything a dog could want. People find it pretty awesome too!!! Update: hose water is turned off for the winter otherwise the pipes freeze. It will be turned back on in spring!

Bring your pups to a full fenced in yard that provides both sun and shade. Our half acre back yard allows plenty of space for your pup to run around and get their exercise. There’s also an outdoor patio for you and others to sit and relax in the sun, or a seated area in the shade when it gets too hot. Doggy bags are provided, as well water and a some doggy treats!! There are inactive Bee hives in the back of the property, don’t worry, they are empty. Easy gate access on the left side of the house with the “Welcome” sign.

My boys will stay inside while your dogs play. My dogs are unable to see the yard from house. Every cent I make from Sniffspot I donate to a rescue each month in the name of my dogs Siren who started the journey and Prada who is the reason I opened my Sniffspot. Kiddie pool is open if you’d like to use it!

***Agility equipment will be gone from November 13th - April 1st. Two fenced in fields each > 100x90. One field closest to road has two fences at 4 feet ant one at 5 feet. The other field has 6 foot fence on all sides. Agility equipment is setup in one of the fields from April - December. Price is lowered during winter months since there is no agility equipment. Increase in rental prices reflect maintenance and upkeep of equipment and park.
