Most guests spend about an hour here—walking the 20–30 minute trail loops and then relaxing by the water or letting their dogs play. It’s a great way to enjoy fresh air, peaceful nature, and some quality time with your four-legged friend. We’re always working to enhance the experience, and we plan to add even more trail options this summer—so there will be more to discover on your next visit! A quick note: the trails can get muddy during rainy or winter months, so we recommend wearing boots. The pond is not maintained, and guests who choose to enter the water do so at their own risk. We’re also continuing to mark property lines and add signage to help everyone feel comfortable and informed during their visit.

Our property is a beautiful mix of fields, wetland, and woodland trails, bordered by a brook. It’s a wonderful place to play frisbee or take a private hike through the scenic trails.

We’re located on 1.85 quiet country acres just minutes from 395 North and South. We have an acre of that property fully fenced in. We have open space with sparse trees and several places for the hoomans to sit. There is a large dirt “dig spot” and agility tires for walking on or going under! In summer, w e have a small kiddie pool for swimmies and several bowls of drinking water. Larry the lobster is a whacky sprinkler that’s fun and refreshing to pups and hoomans!

We’re a four-dog household ourselves, so don’t stress about poop—we do a full clean-up every evening. Just bring your pup, enjoy the space, and leave the mess to us! You’re welcome to come in through either gate—just make sure to close it behind you so no sneaky snouts slip out. Park in the driveway (we’re the stone house on the right-hand side), and get ready for some relaxed, tail-wagging fun!

Hello, and welcome to my private doggie and parent play yard. There is a rain water catch barrel system in place(seasonal)There is a garbage bin, rake and shovel to clean up any droppings. I have offstreet parking for your convenience. Pull into the driveway where you will see a parking sign. The gate is to the left of the garage.  you will see a sniff spot sign on the front lawn so you know you have found the spot. There’s an assortment of play toys, as well as an A-Frame agility ramp, hand sanitizer station and poop bags for your convenience. I’ve provided a table and chairs under a shelter for rest or relaxation. There’s a small trampoline and hoops (warm weather)set up. We have cold water upon request for $1 each in the extras section as well as doggie ice cream for $2.00 each, as well as many special gifts for your fur baby. 2 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Colchester.

This is a fully fenced (5' fencing) K-9 Agility park. There are a large variety of jumps, tunnel, weave poles, teeter, and Pause Table on premise. We have outdoor solar spotlights for after daylight hours use. With temperatures dropping into the 20's at night now, we have removed the hose station until Spring when it becomes warmer again. Please remember to bring water for your pups!! 💧💧💧💧 Poop bags, dog treats and tennis balls are provided. Off street parking on grass, parallel to the front fence. Bottled water, people snacks, hand warmers, chairs and table provided for humans. Dog treats, clean tennis balls, and extra poop bags in Rubbermaid bin under the table. We have enough parking for 3 vehicles along the front fence. Please keep vehicles down to 3 max. Thank you!!

UNDER RENOVATIONS: Please excuse our appearance as we upgrade the enrichment course for the K9s we serve here. We hope to complete the renovations with new enrichment programs and fun coursework later this summer. Please check with your accountant as we are a Non-Profit Registered, and the money we make from your visits 100% goes to healing these amazing K9s. This is a private area, heavily wooded with lots of great spots for your dog to enjoy the forest. This is a great place to bring your dog before going to Oakholm Brewery to tire them out.

April 2025 Spring cleanup has started and it’s looking good! Acorns, sticks & leaves have been cleared and the sunshine will bring green grass! Our landscaper will be by in the coming weeks with some fresh topsoil to fill in holes, level out the exposed roots around the tree near the gazebo and seed those areas. Thank you for your patience as we will have those small areas fenced off, so the seat has a chance to grow. There is still plenty of room to run distances! Safety is our top priority for you and your pet, so please message us through the app immediately if you notice anything that seems unsafe. We are out there daily surveying the areas. We have different areas for smell and play (garden bed) Rough turf with spots for them to dig and lots of greenery to run and play! The lawn in our backyard is-well maintained without any chemicals or weed killers. We sanitize all dog toys often and sun dry!! Fenced in backyard with bunnies, squirrels, and chipmunks for your dog to sniff out. We rotate out sensory stations and different obstacles and dog toys depending on the season and notice. We just added a dog rope tug that is attached to our tree! Feel free to message us and request something specific. We have sprinklers, kiddie pool, splash pad, mini-trampoline, a host of different balls, long lines, and enrichment feeders. We also have laminated games and tricks to teach your dog! Not all games and activities are out all the time to give dogs room to run! Request anything you want to see in specific. We have a poop scooper, first aid kit, toys for children, and a small trash can as well as water bowl at the ready and chairs for the humans. Gazebo is currently down because a storm broke it, but will be up again soon. Our gazebo and outdoor couch is back up and running. Feel free to uncover and use if you like. If notice is given we could set up an umbrella for extra shade extra chairs, water bowl, and or treats for dog. Check picture 5 for the toys that are normally out and require no notice: nerf dog flyer frisbee, Chuck it with different balls, jollyball (10”), Kong Twistz ball, small dog ball, spring pole dog rope toy, and, tennis ball launcher (football looking thing you step on). Please unplug pool drain when finished to save squirrel lives! :)

Welcome to our Sniffspot area in Sturbridge (Fiskdale) MA. We are excited to provide an off leash play space for your furry bestie. Conveniently located close to the Massachusetts Turnpike and Rte 84. The Sniffspot area is in a quiet residential, wooded area. There is a sportsman's club a ways down the road, and if there is an event, occasionally, the range can be audible. Most dogs have been completely unbothered by it. While I usually require advance notice, if you message me, and I'm able to immediately respond, I may be able to accommodate last minute reservations. (please note, with minimal notice, we may not have the opportunity to completely refresh the play space) Looking forward to adding amenities, play options and operational improvements as the season progresses .
