Additionally, guests will need to provide current 𝘃𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 for rabies and DHPP (distemper, parvo, etc) for EACH dog visiting. Each dog visiting must have received at least their 1st round of ADULT vaccines - this typically means your pup is at least 15/16 months old. If you have questions, feel free to reach out. Information does not need to be provided for each visit but may need to be updated when vaccines are renewed. ///////////////////////////////////// Please let me know if your pup is dog/people reactive prior to your visit so I can coordinate with my neighbor.❤️ 𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 - The property is just over an 𝙖𝙘𝙧𝙚 and a mix of lawn, flower beds, paths, and work/storage areas. Overall, it is fairly flat and dogs love to 𝙧𝙪𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙮 for hours at a time not to mention all the great sniffing spots. There are open areas for dogs to stretch their legs and chase each other and flowers, shade and seating for their human companion(s). There is a 𝙢𝙖𝙣-𝙢𝙖𝙙𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢 (more detail below) in the back that depending on rainfall, may be running full or just at a trickle. It is ideal for your pup to explore and cool off in. The yard offers plenty of great 𝙥𝙝𝙤𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙩 opportunities to take tons of pictures throughout the various seasons. The yard is a 𝘾𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝙒𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙃𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩®, we are trying to help nature where and when we can. The flower beds have been designed for local critters - birds, turtles, pollinators, etc so absolutely no killing of any bees, butterflies, spiders, turtles, snakes, birds or other wildlife you may find. It also means you will likely encounter gnats, mosquitos and possibly ticks - all great bird food but not so nice for us humans and our pups. So please be sure your pup is current on their preventatives. We do provide bug spray for you to use - just be sure to use in the lawn and not near any of the flower beds. In the summer months grass may get a little taller to help out the fireflies. If you can, take a cool pic to share - we'd love to see it. Do a photo safari. 𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗦 & 𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗬𝗦 - Typically set for 1 hour appointments and reserved for Members. If appointments remain available, I will open some time to non-members the Thu/Fri before. If you are interested in an appointment longer than 1 hour, please reach out and we'll see if we can accommodate. 𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣 - If interested, send us a message - we'd love to talk with you more about it. Please note, you must have visited The Secret Oasis at least once prior to becoming a member. A membership could save you $2, $8, $24, $48 or more per month depending on the Membership package created. Plus, you can book up to 14 days ahead vs just 7 days for non-members and you get first choice on weekends and holidays. Memberships can be a bit confusing so please reach out if you have any questions - we'll do our best to answer them and help find the right package for you. 𝗦𝗡𝗜𝗙𝗙𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗦 - We don't offer expanded discounts but you will get the basic 10% discount if you are participating in the program. It can be used in conjunction with a Membership. Happy to answer any questions. 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗠 - This is a man-made stream that that typically runs in the warmer months and is initially filled with either city water or rainfall. That said, Mother Nature adds to it so we do recommend your pup have his/her 𝙇𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙤 vaccine. The stream is usually shutdown in the winter months and some water remains at the end to help support the frogs overwinter. Please do not allow digging or rough play in the stream - we want to keep it in good shape for all our guests to enjoy and avoid costly repairs. If it is important to your visit that the stream is running and at what level (full/trickle) please reach out to the Host to check its status. 𝗗𝗢𝗚 𝗟𝗜𝗠𝗜𝗧 - Our site is set for a 4 dog limit. If you would like to bring additional dogs, please send a message. The request will be considered on a case by case basis. If you want a key date/time, I recommend securing it with a reservation for one dog and then updating the reservation once we have talked. 𝗦𝗠𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗗𝗢𝗚𝗦 - There are some spots at the bottom of the fence a small dog (cat size) might be able to get under - they are meant for our cats and other wildlife. If you are bringing a small dog, let me know and we can block the openings ahead of time. 𝗩𝗘𝗛𝗜𝗖𝗟𝗘 𝗟𝗜𝗠𝗜𝗧- Maximum of 2 vehicles per reservation. If a 3rd vehicle will be brought, please select and add "Extra F - Extra Vehicle" to your reservation and send us a note so we can make sure there is sufficient space. 𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗟𝗗𝗥𝗘𝗡 - Children under 18 are to be supervised at all times. Parents are responsible for any and all damage their child causes. 𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗦 - Extras will change depending on the season. If you don't see something you might like, let us know and we'll be happy to consider it. There are two generic party options but if you would like to customize one, please reach out and we'll put a package together for you. Our backyard is about 800 sq ft. It is fully fenced with a 6 foot tall wooden fence. The yard may be small in comparison to others, but it is more than enough room for a sudden case of the zoomies! Don’t believe me? Just ask Olly, my 90 pound lab mix. This yard has served us well the past few months so we are offering it to you! My dog has been bitten twice now and as a result has become reactive to strange dogs her doesn’t know. So I totally understand if you have a dog who is sensitive and needs some time to relax and unwind in his own terms. There is a walking path on the other side of the fence so your pup may hear people or other dogs walking by, but don’t worry! The dogs in this neighborhood are very mild mannered and most will not react if your dog starts to bark. We can offer a chair for you to sit in, a bowl of fresh, filtered water, a tennis ball for your pup to play with, and a trash can to discard your pup’s poop (because who wants to lug that around in their car, yuck).

Fully enclosed fenced backyard. Lots of space to run and chase balls. Wide open. Lots of shade in the morning, full sun for a couple hours during the day, and scattered shade from neighboring trees in the late afternoon.  Pesticide-free and natural lawn care, maintained and mowed on a regular schedule. Soft plush grass that feels good on paws and feet. Bring a blanket to lie down on and have a picnic! I'll be getting two rocking chairs in a couple of weeks!

20,000 square feet of fenced in lawn. There is a walking path around the property leading to an open field boarded by Popes Head Creek. Please keep your dogs on a leash. Please put bagged poop in the dark green trash can in front of the garage when you leave.

Felicia's Farmette is located at the end of a private neighborhood. The yard is secured by a farm gate, is pesticide, and chemical free for the safety of all 🐕. There is plenty of space for multiple vehicles to park to accommodate large pup parties🙂.

Come hangout in Reptar's backyard! With the hot weather upon us, we invite your dogs to enjoy our fully-fenced backyard with private lake access to swim. We offer shade for our guests, both from the trees and a pop up tent down by the lake. We also have a dog-kiddie pool for them to splash around in or rinse off after their dip in the lake. We provide outside toys, doggie waste bags, treats, towels and drinking water for our furry guests. We are even working on an agility course for some extra fun. Lots of wildlife to enjoy, you may even help us find more baby turtles during your stay! All dogs are welcome!

Welcome to our Clarendon Sniffspot! Our “dog park” is a fully fenced, grassy yard with enough room for fetch and zoomies! With enough booking notice we provide the following amenities for you and your pups: dog toys, fresh water, bug spray and sunscreen, and poop bags! Our street is fairly quiet, but we are surrounded by apartment buildings so you may occasionally hear children playing or dogs walking by. Our fur babies love it and we know yours will, too!

Privacy fenced in large section of backyard. Located right by East Falls Metro. One driveway space will always be available for use. Lots of street parking after 5pm and on weekends. I dog sit as well and the dogs LOVE the back yard. Will never have both clients at the same time though. Your dog/ dogs will be the only ones here during your booking. Lots of trees so there's always both sun and shade depending on your preference. I've found it challenging to juggle setting up the sniff spot space on short notice so I'm trying out just offering the space and fewer amenities at a lower price. Chairs are available near the house if you'd like to take them into the sniffspot area. Just put any dog waste bags in the big black trash can in the driveway on your way out. A no frills spot if you just want a nice spot for your dog to run around in for an affordable price. The easiest way to figure out how to enter the sniffspot space is to enter through the driveway then turn left and enter the other wooden gate. The backyard area with the treehouse is not the sniffspot area as it is not as secure. Please do not unleash your dogs until they are secured in the sniffspot area.

*Kiddie pool is available at no extra charge for pup splash time, just add it to your booking so I can set up for you!* **New solid wood fence, 7 feet high!** Welcome! We have a spacious, secure private fenced and peaceful yard, in a quiet and dog friendly neighborhood. Easy parking on the street outside the house, and a side entry gate.  Our yard has sunny areas, as well as plenty of trees providing natural shade and much needed coolness during those hot humid summer days.  A natural wooded yard that borders a county park on one side, with a 6ft wooden fence all the way around the property, and a side entry gate.  Completely pesticide/herbicide/fertilizer free yard!  Our ground cover is soft playground wood chips, soft for all pup paws, specifically designed to be comfortable for all kinds of furbabies!  We are open during rainy weather too for those of you with rain loving pups!  The overhangs, patio umbrella and tree coverage keep paw parents dry too!  Added bonuses, the chips dry quickly, there's no mud or slippery grass.  Plus the playground chips are a natural tick repellent.  A fresh thick layer of mulch added late April! You can also enjoy a deck with a patio table, cushioned chairs and lawn chair seating.  We also provide poop bags, doggie wipes and towels, extra dog water bowls, outdoor spigot with hose for water bowl refills or hose play, elevated feeders for the pups who cannot bend down very well to drink and a few refreshments for humans too! Endless amounts of smells and sniffing opportunities from all the local wildlife that frequent our yard.  Good space for running, playing chase, frisbee, tennis ball, chuck it, soccer ball action for the energetic pups, and plenty of space for meandering, or just lounging around under the shade or in sun spots for the more mature pups!  The public park next to us has several wooded trails, so if your pup has any energy left, it is a nice park to walk. Memberships are available for this spot, benefits include member only or priority hours during the cooler hours in the mornings and evenings in the hotter weather and shorter advanced booking times. All 100% of booking proceeds are donated to rescue groups saving neglected/abused/sick/healthy unwanted pets dumped in overcrowded high kill shelters - including recurring monthly donations to Pets With Disabilities; Lizzy's Lodge Rescue; Miri's Legacy; Angel's Among Us Pet Rescue; Big Dog Ranch Rescue; Shadows Sanctuary; Shenandoah Shepherd Rescue; Southside SPCA; HART; and Lost Dog & Cat Rescue Foundation.  Thank you for supporting pups in need.

*With summer it's getting a little buggy right now. There is bug spray on the back table for your use, if you need it.* *The lawn just got a fresh cut as of 5/19. It looks great, so come on by and check it out!* We have somewhere between a third to a half acre in our backyard, fully enclosed with a 5 to 7-ft wood fence. We have shady spots, but there also aren't too many trees, so there is plenty of room to play fetch and run around. Amenities include two different size jumps, a balance beam, a slide, a spring-loaded tug rope attached to a tree, a little patio table if you'd like to sit down, a hammock, and a trampoline. With the slide, not every dog can manage to get up it, so please just use your judgment and be safe 😁.

Beautiful two acre lot in the heart of Great Falls, VA. A welcoming place for you and your pups to run wild and feel the wind in their face! The property is fenced in, with the ability to close the gate when dogs are within the park. Parking available in the grass @ the front of lot. The “park” is still being developed so stay tuned for more “dog friendly fun” activities. As the weather warms up, we will provide water fun for the doggies, too!

Located in a quiet area of the Benning Ridge neighborhood, just near Fort Dupont Park and the hiker / biker trails (a great place to walk), our big-for-DC fenced back yard is a great place to throw the ball with your pet, stop for a break, and have some nice dog play and space to relax in the city where there are not many dog parks nearby. We are a dog family, and have a smooth fox terrier in the house, and if you request the time to be completely private, we will make sure he stays inside! But don't be surprised if he's staring out the window!

Our neighborhood home is located off of a cul-de-sac. The fully fenced 2 acres back yard is wooded with various trails throughout the property. We have 2 dogs, a cat, and an indoor/outdoor pig so there are plenty of smells to go around! All animals will be inside during times that are booked. Guests are welcome to utilize our fire pit, picnic table, and hammock for a relaxing stay!

It’s spring already so we’re back to treating the yard with all natural, pesticide-free, pet and human safe WONDERCIDE flea/tick/mosquito protection! We will continue to apply this into the Fall. Additionally, thanks to some great guest feedback, we just added 2 new chairs for seating along the left side of the fence (in the shade). Feel free to move any of the 3 chairs wherever you’d like! Newly fenced yard (done in October 2020) - safe and secure! ALL the dogs say it’s the BEST, and they don’t want to leave. Legitimately. Our girl Luna won’t come in sometimes, and daycare and boarding dogs don’t like leaving. It’s pretty amazing. We are so happy to be able to offer and share our backyard with other dogs!!

Enjoy our private, fenced dog park just 1 mile from Downtown Silver Spring. We have plenty of room to run around, hills to climb, and dirt to dig! We provide a quiet spot for doggy play and are happy to provide some toys and fresh water.

Gate entrance is to the left of the garage. You are able to park along the road or in the driveway. Please be mindful not to block any vehicles in & we will do the same. Feel free to sit and relax on the patio or by the fire pit. You are able to move the plastic chairs around as needed! We have tall trees, so there is plenty of shade. 💧 There is a hose on the larger patio if you need to fill the water bowl. 🚮 We have a small trash can located by the shed or you can use the big one outside of our garage.

Peaceful & secluded area located at the base of Sugarloaf Mountain in MD’s Agricultural Reserve. Spring-fed pond. Owned/operated by former Cape May, NJ PD ACI (Animal Cruelty Investigator). Many maintained trails. Spectacular views!

I have a fully fenced in yard next to Penderbrook Golf Course. This is the perfect yard to play frisbee or catch. Dogs love sunning themselves on the lower deck for a rest. Please reserve a day ahead of time if you would like the pool. I want to make sure I am home to fill it up.
