12.5 acres. No fence. Good for dog swimming or running free if they are off leash trained! There is a wide open space up front or if you choose to go around the back of the house there is a sand beach shallow at the beach area. And more open spots to run on this 12 acres . Ask all guests to come and leave during your time slot. I have a dog that is not friendly with others. So it’s important for the safety of everyone to come during your slot. The water has a blue dye that is safe for people and animals. It’s a dye that aids in blocking uv rays. Please be sure to check weather. If we get heavy rain it can get muddy in areas. Garbage by our barn see photos. Check parking info. Do not park and block the garages. There is a picture under parking info.

Approximately 1 acre fully fenced (5 ft) area on 3-acre property. This spot is for the area contained within the black chain link fence. Parking available on barn drive. Table, chairs, water, shade.

The back yard of my property is fully enclosed with minimum 5ft cedar fencing. Easy gated entry off the large parking pad. Please note: -There is a swimming pool but generally guests do not use it unless specifically cleared with me. -sprinkler may be available for use on hot days -I have 4 pet chickens that will be contained in a secure coop/run; guests are welcome to say “hello” to them, but please do not to enter the enclosure/shed/coop. Absolutely NO DOGS in the run or coop at any time, failure to adhere to policy will result in you being asked to leave immediately. Adirondack chairs and seating area with shade sail pergola available for your enjoyment. Please do not allow dogs onto the outdoor furniture on the patio. There is also a forest preserve area at the end of my street that backs up to the Dupage River; it is not enclosed in any way, but free to the public if you would like to go down to the river.

We at FYDOLAND understand that there are some dogs that do not do well with other dogs or people. Therefore, we offer a private training/ enrichment room and equipment, approximate 2000 ft² where families can play with their dog in a safe, clean environment. OUR PRICE IS $25 UP TO TWO DOGS, NOT PER DOG!

Rural farm house on 2 acres, free to run around and have fun in the corn fields. There is no fenced in yard. And I do not own any dog's so no worries!!!

Just did the spring cleaning so the barn is more open today! Hi! You can bring chairs, set a fire in the huge fire pit (bring wood and fire starter) also welcome to back your pick up into the area and relax / sunset views for days here! * Barn to sit in for shade (bring chairs) * Short grass up front / tall grass areas / hill in the very back * Fenced but farm fencing so great for larger dogs or dogs with good recall * Wear your cowboy boots and explore the property * Farm area is separate from our immediate yard up by our house so you have full privacy alone ( The reason I do not leave chairs outside is that it does get very windy here sometimes since it is all flat fields)

Yard is fully fenced and Secure , 2 dog Kennels to have quiet time and rest water will be provided, but food and Treats are extra, $15 for the first 30 mins and $10 extra for additional 30 minute increments, food and Snack will be $10 extra and will be offering pet grooming services, Pet wash and grooming services for nails. Our back yard is a dogs paradise! We can offer 1-2 kiddie pools for the pups to play in! We have lots of toys available, dog bowls, dog treats, poop bags and a pooper scooper, a water house, and a deck which the dogs love to run up and down the stairs. The yard is fully fenced, we can provide a fire pit for human friends, a cushioned love seat and 2 chairs, a patio table, and drinks/snacks upon request! We have two fur babies of our own who love to play outside and we would love to have you and your fur babies enjoy our space as your own!

It’s a beautifully landscaped yard with mulch, grass, River rock, apple trees, flower garden & more. During warm weather we have furniture to sit on under a pergola. Parking is in a cul de sac. Also Our 42 lb lab mix loves to play if you are looking to make a friend. Please close gate upon leaving. ENJOY!
