Great place exactly as described ! Saw an adorable family of deer in the field. Only thing is the fence beside the gate to get into the off leash section - something has started digging a hole under it and my dog could have gotten out if she wanted to! Luckily she was so busy exploring everything she didn't notice :) the pond and picnic table are a great touch

Great spot for exploring, owner has cut down some winding trails both inside the off-leash area and on the leashed trails. The wide-open area (full sun) is great for running around and then there are a couple of trails further at from the road that have some shade. Picnic table for humans to sit while pup explores. The small pond was a hit and refreshing on a warm day. Lots of tall grass. I found a tick so make sure to check yourself and pup afterwards. We’ll definitely be back!

Drove past the driveway the first time but once I got on the property it was super easy to find the fenced area! We walked the perimeter to double check that the fencing was in good condition (especially along the side that borders Hwy 6) and then I let Ruckus off leash to romp around! It was quite wet after all the rain we’ve had the last few days but I was totally fine in my rain boots. We had a lovely morning walk and will definitely be back!

The sniffspot was fantastic. The fencing was great and the dogs enjoyed running around the open space and through the trails. We have found about 15 ticks either on our dogs, or ourselves so please make sure to check yourself after for ticks.

A doggie dream! Huge field for the dogs to get lost in without worry of losing them. The paths are wide and winding through the very tall grass. The pond doesn't seem very deep and my dog loved wallowing around like a pig. There is about a third of the pond that isn't fenced so if they are swimmer ls just keep an eye they don't swim to the wrong side, but if they do it's right at the gate so you can quickly bolt out and grab them. Like other reviewers have stated there is not signage for the off leash field but it is not confusing like some make you believe. Just walk down the wide mowed path and eventually to your right there is a straight path to the gate.

We had such a great time today! For the directionally challenged (me) it took a bit to find the entrance, an arrow with “leash free this way” would have been great, but my dogs had a great time just trying to find the gate! I have a very reactive rescue that cannot be off leash as she will run away, but to see her run free was amazing and we will absolutely be booking this property again! I also paid the $5 to cut sunflowers and they’re just gorgeous!

My family and I brought 4 dogs, 2 of who are quite reactive, to enjoy nature and have the chance to run without worrying about running into other dogs. They all had a blast! We will definitely be back! We did have one little escape artist slip under the fence into a neighbor's backyard but I would think most dogs 20 lbs and up would not be able to do that.

I am so grateful this place exists. My dog Lua and I have been coming here for a few months now and it was always a super pleasant experience. The fence is for sure safe for medium to large dogs (sometimes you can see that animals dug underneath the fence and a smaller dog could maybe fit through). Going there definitely changed our life since it gives an amazing opportunity to train off leash and simply having time to run and roll in the mud for your dog. We will be back as much as we can :)

Our corgi and his two buddies had a great time at this property! We love the newer additions of the gate and the picnic bench in the fenced in off lease area! Our pup even had a sneaky splash in the pond at the end!

Owners were super nice and were able to squeeze us in today on short notice! I loved the off leash area, however it is important to note that the fenced in area faces neighbours backyards. We were able to see one of the neighbours dogs barking at us, and thankfully this was not an issue. Overall, the place was very nice, and it seems like the perfect spot for a doggie play date! Definitely recommend and hope to return soon! We had a blast.

I love it here, as do the dogs. Unfortunately, they have figured out how to get out if they run around the pond. They come back to the gate, so it's no big deal. Just for your information.

Very nice area, fun little trails through bush and tons to smell. He ran like a crazy boy. The pond was a chilly one with a thin layer of ice starting to form in areas and my pup took the cold plunge lol. The only downsides were: the lack of fencing on the other side of the pond made me a bit nervous (I didn’t think he’d swim in that cold of water but he did so my fault for assuming haha); then the other was that one side of fencing backed onto a bunch of backyards, and my rambunctious teenage guy kept running over to the barking dogs in one of the yards. Overall clean, spacious and lovely set up! Thanks for a nice visit!!

A well maintained spot with a variety of paths mown in through the wild grasses, which kept our two girls running non-stop the entire time we were there. There are neighbouring houses with dogs in the back yards who barked excitedly at us. They were fully fenced in and not a problem, but if you have a reactive dog who might not deal well with that kind of scenario, it’s good to know.

Loved the open space for Milou to run! The cut trails through the field was nice. Picnic table is a nice touch. Two notes: 1) if your dog is reactive to other dogs there was one on one of the adjacent properties that was quite barky. Other dogs aren't Milou's issue so he did not mind in the least. 2) It is almost entirely fenced, it looks like where the pond is, on the other side it is not enclosed in. Otherwise the fence all along the perimeter of the property was in excellent shape and tight enough of a weave to keep everyone inside! Definitely will come back! The fenced nature of this SniffSpot this size is definitely a big pro!
