We're back open for 2025! Welcome to our home! Five generations of my family have lived here since its construction in the 1950s. Our yard is very special to me because I grew up watching my great grandmother Ruby, and my grandmother Dot, put so much love and care into creating a sacred space for our family and friends. We’re excited to be able to share a part of it with you and your loved ones and we hope that you enjoy it as much as we do.

The view is everything! We are a ten minute walk from the Glen Park Bart station and downtown dog friendly restaurants and bars.

I have a large space that I am sure a dog will love to run in. In the winter, post rain, it can get VERY muddy back there. Years of dogs running around has torn up a lot of the ground cover and it's now just dirt, which becomes mud in the winter. In the summer, the "grass" (more weeds than actual grass) gets very dry. There are some burrs due to the dryness so if your dog has longer fur they might get some attached to them. I do my best to weed the weeds that produce them, but there still might be some. It's a fairly large open space with a longer run on the side. Also, I want to note that in the back of the property the fence is lower, around 4/4.5 feet (the rest of the yard is at least 6 feet), so if your dog is a good jumper, this could be an issue. We have neighbors on either side of our home but it’s a very quiet neighborhood overall.
