Welcome to this hidden rural getaway for you and your Furbaby! There are 10 acres of land that can be explored including woods and most popular a pond to cool off or splash around in during the hot summer months. An abundance of wildlife live in the woods so don’t be surprised by a random deer, rabbits, raccoons and such. With rural areas also comes briars, thorns, uneven ground, mole tunnels, and of course, ticks and mosquitoes the further you venture. So come prepared! There are ammenties available to reserve as well if you'd also like to enjoy the water along with your Pup as they will love exploring as should you! If they have a special affinity for water play, you would like to slowly introduce them to water or to just enjoy a splash on the banks privately they will absolutely have a blast! ** This is the country so while the land is wonderful to explore it does have vacant and undeveloped areas. You will encounter nature especially in the spring and summer. Depending on how far from the house and immediate pond area you venture, there are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please keep in mind when booking your comfort level being used to the outdoors and being adventurous!

Welcome to the World’s Largest Sniffspot (Confirmed). There’s all kinds of areas to let your dog sniff and romp around! Upon arrival you may romp around in any field as far as your eyes can see. We just harvested corn September 2024 and the land is wide open and crop free until spring! There’s google earth maps showing property lines in yellow in the pictures. 1 mile from I-95, Kings Dominion visible from spot. Upon arriving at the Meadow Farm dog park, please pull in the drive to the house to park feel free to explore all around the yard and across the driveway into the grass fields in the backyard is a fully fenced small area. Also, there is a picnic table that can be used as well as a swing. You’ll notice that there is a pond in the backyard where your dog can play. On the property you’ll get to see some farm animals as well. Enjoy your time at the Meadow Farm dog park. In the pictures you'll see a few maps, these can be used as a guide to help show property boundaries as well as parking.

Plenty of wild life, plants, and swimming in either the kiddie pool or the river run off in the back! We have goats at the moment in their own pin. Water-hose available and water bowl! Also will have tennis balls, and plenty of sticks to throw!

I have 3.8 acres of woods and open yard on a private lake.If your dog will jump in...i provide a hose to rinse your dog off before leaving.I must be here if your dog swims.I also have large covered pavilion over looking the lake.It has a fireplace and table and chairs and screened in.You can have a picnic while your dog plays.All I ask is you clean up after yourself while on property.Bring towels and soap if you let dog swim.Youll want to wash he or she off.price is $10.00 per hour and maximum is 3 hours.

This is a great yard for dogs to run free and roll in some grass! Great for playing fetch. There is a pool that is gated in the yard.

Secluded 6 acres of yard surrounded by several more acres of woods. The yard it’s self is flat wide open space. There are little trails in the woods near the back area of the yard to explore with your pup! The back deck has seating that anyone is welcomed to use. There is a fire-pit area in the backyard that could be used if discussed with host. Sometimes there is small wildlife spotted in the yard and woods. We do have one pup who absolutely loves her yard but we wanted to share the love with other pups! We will keep our pup inside or out of the house when puppy guests are here!

Enjoy this fully fenced in area right on Swift Creek. You can even let your dog take a swim in the creek! Chairs for the humans & a Beautiful, private view.

2.5 acre lot, mostly wooded. We will be working on a trail that leads to a stream/creek. The yard surrounding our family dwelling is also available for resting and playing fetch, etc; however, you may hear my 2 dogs barking from inside, so ideally my Sniffspot would largely take place in the woods and creek directly behind the house.
