Enjoy the scenery while your dog(s) frolics in this idyllic, beautifully landscaped backyard. There is curbside parking with a private side gate entrance. The yard gets lots of shade in the afternoon, and there is a pergola shade canopy and hammock available seasonally. We work from home and are onsite most of the time if you need anything. You may hear our young kids inside the house 😉. It's our pleasure to share the yard we've been blessed with to bless others.

Have 16 acres you can enjoy to bring your dog for a hike and there is a stream they can go swimming in . 3 sides are fenced back far side is not fenced

Beautiful isolated 13 acre spot in the country. There is a clear well maintained marked trail through the woods to an area that has springs, a stream and a watershed. Moving on down the 1/4 mile driveway passed the house is a path down to the Tye River that has a nice size riverbank (beach) for romping and water splashing. Dogs who can swim can venture out onto the rocks to explore the river. (Low tide) Those who want to exercise can hike down/up the stream climbing big rocks and other obstacles. This is a highly wooded area with lots to explore “off path”, so bring your bug spray. This is heaven for dogs and for those who prefer a challenging exploration vs a standard field or yard to explore. The walk to the stream/springs/watershed is a beautiful fairly easy walk. The river walk while there is a trail, it’s pretty steep, rocks to trip on and a good workout to get back up. Come join us at Bear’s Creek for an adventure your dog will thank you for! Rules for the river: Low tide, all are welcome. High tide, swimmers only or dogs with excellent recall. Raging River, closed to all. This is a beautiful spot for dogs. There is a quiet road running along one edge of the property, but the woods around the property are the real draw. Lots of natural space to explore. When it rains, there is a stream that runs through. There are many paths cut through the woods for your dog to explore. The borders of the property are well marked by orange ribbons except for the road frontage. .

Beautiful scenic spot just outside of Staunton! This mostly level space offers lots of options for your fur family. An acre of fully fenced in yard, an additional acre of open field (fenced on 2 sides only) with large trees, and a shallow river access that’s great for swimming and playing! The fenced in portion of yard also has kids play equipment available, rocking chairs, and a porch swing. A small picnic table with umbrella is also available for use. We do have neighbors, but because we sit further back than other houses, our yard offers a lot of privacy with woods and a field surrounding us. We often have squirrels, birds, rabbits, deer, turkeys, and geese roaming around! Your pets will enjoy the space to run, river access, and unlimited water! And you will enjoy the beautiful views and shade trees!
