We had a blast at this spot! There were lots of different small fields to throw the ball around, although we stuck to one that had some seating. The surroundings are beautiful and there are trashcans for poo! We thought it was very safe and we had a blast! Definitely hope to be back soon:).

This was such a great space! We came here on a rainy day and it was muddy but not so muddy that it was impractical to walk around. Had a great time and we will be back :)

Nice space for the dogs to run. Appreciated the chuck-it and balls as we forgot ours. A little muddy in parts but can’t be helped this time of year. Dogs loved it. Thanks!

This is a very nice property! The space is very well fenced, secure and clean. We knew that it would likely be a mucky experience, as should be expected at this time of year in our climate. We very much appreciated the hose that was provided. It had really good pressure so we were able to clean our pups paws and legs before hopping back in the car. The property overall is lovely, in a very nice rural neighbourhood with lots of beautiful trees. Our dog is bigger (55lbs) and the fenced green space was definitely large enough to run her, throw the ball and play chase. We will definitely return.

We had a great time at Reuben's we went for our puppies Birthday! And she had a great time, easy to find, very secure. Muddy, but that just added to the fun :)

The dogs had so much fun, they especially liked watching the horses nearby. The hose was not working, as expected for winter time but had brought water bottles for the pups anyways so it was fine! This is a very nice property. It was clean and there was more than enough parking spots. There were toys available and there is a sauna and cold plunge, which we didn’t do, but we definitely will next time!

The property was wonderful. There are poop bags, water, and toys for your pups! My only concern would be if some dogs are scared of loud noises they are doing construction on the property, but it doesn’t bother my pup, just to keep that in mind :)

Reuben's gorgeous Sniffspot is the best we have ever visited in North America. The part of Langley where it is located is super interesting and pretty. The Sniffspot is meticulously set up, with consistent fencing, lighting and is clean! The property is aesthetically amazing.

We brought 3 family dogs to Reuben’s sniffspot for an 1.5 hours of wide open off leash fun. The yard was spacious and clean, had water and some toys for the dogs to play with. It’s fully fenced, which was a must for us. Thanks Reuben for sharing your yard with us, we’ll definitely be back. Chris R

My whippet/cross had a ton of fun here. It’s the first time in 9 months since he could be off a leach do to his reactivity and he made the most of it. It’s easy to find, excellent parking, there is shade and do much open space to run. I will be booking again.

Great spot!! Note it is a big hay field so you need good footwear. There is flatter ground near the house (but also near the road) to play fetch. The road is busy but you can stay back easily - would be a great place to work on car reactivity! Lots of smells to smell and places to roll - I lost track of how many times she rolled.

Great spot for your dog to explore and run around. Austen was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend bringing your dog here. Just a heads-up: the neighbor's dog barks now and then, which might trigger your dog if they react to barking.

The dogs loved this spot! The front part has mowed lawn for dogs that are reliable off leash near the road. The rest of the field is tall hay/grass, which the dogs enjoyed bunny hopping through. There’s a small clearing into the deeper grass/hay. One of our dogs is not 100% reliable off leash but this was far enough into the property that I felt comfortable dropping his leash for some fetch. We’ll definitely come back! Don’t forget to wear mosquito repellent.

This spot is added to our favorite list. Nice and clean large field. We just walked and walked then they play with balls. Yes, this place requires good recall and control from your dogs. Thankfully ours have a great recall so I don’t have to worry about them to go into the traffic or neighbors fields. The host is very communicative.

Austens property was amazing! We’ll definitely be regulars at this spot. The space was soo big and the shady areas were perfect to take a break from the heat. We appreciated the water for pets and humans!!, and the chairs to sit on while the pupper played! 🤗 Austen communicated regularly and was a very gracious and generous host. Be back soon!

Our dog is obsessed with this space! It's perfect for exploring and sniffing around and tons of space for him to play fetch. The host provides some balls/toys and a chuck-it, there's a water bowl and hose for refilling. Plus a can within the fence for easy waste disposal. Totally perfect for us and Grover seems to expect weekly visits now so we'll be back again and again and again!
