Hello! Thanks for looking at our family’s home. I do overnight doggie sitting and every client always says wow you’ve got a great yard! So i figured people may like to use it for their pups to play hourly. I will keep my 3 small doggies and others I may be sitting inside while you are visiting :) There is partial shade, chairs, swing set and trampoline. Though you are encouraged to still bring flashlights:) Welcome to our little Adventure Park for Dogs! We are 100% run by my kids and I :). Please don't hesitate to reach out! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway for about 100 yards (past the deck). You reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is always beautiful, but is green from first rain until May or June, then brown during summer until first rain** **We are fellow dog lovers! During your visit, our dogs will be enclosed uphill and away about 60 feet from the main play space, with two layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). The SniffSpot area DOES NOT share a fence with our dogs. You may hear a random bark from them, but that's it. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it overlooks the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! My newly renovated backyard of Decomposed Granite, Saint Augustine grass & mulch. The DG is great for dogs to run. We have 2 big trees which with or without leaves, provide shade. We have a hammock and 2 benches so you can enjoy them from anywhere on the property. We also have patio chairs placed at various locations in the yard. There are no plants in the yard. You are also welcome to explore the front yard as well and help yourself to a few oranges. My dogs love playing fetch in the 60 feet of area they can run .

There is a pup box with toys, treats, towels & basic dog first aide. Humans have hand sanitizer, insect repellent, sunscreen, water & towels. Why not bring a picnic basket and enjoy a meal while the pups run around. At night, we have adorable lights to illuminate the yard for evening playtime as well! Extend your experience with add ons of use of fireplace, puppy splash pool, or puppy ball pit! ***Please note, some have taken advantage so we must specify that extra humans are an extra charge. The first 2 humans are allowed with 1 dog. Additional dogs & humans are an extra charge. Also note, due to safety concerns, this is an ADULTS ONLY play place. No alcohol, drugs, or smoking are ever allowed. We also have some agility exercises for your pup to train on. However, we do not provide a digging area at this venue.
