22+ acre property with 20 acres that is fully/securely fenced. The front half is an open field & orchard, the back is forested and has maintained trails throughout. There's covered seating in the field & woods, portapotty, drinking water station, toys etc - see amenities for more details. There are seasonal streams, ponds in the woods this time of year, plus extra puddles & mud during/after moderate-heavy rain. Foot bridges and woodchips keep the main trails in decent shape for walking but there are plenty of muddy areas to explore so expect a wet, dirty dog - waterproof traction boots (muckboots etc) recommended. There's a dog rinse station (elevated, tethers, sidewalls) for faster cleaning that's easy on the back and keeps clothing drier; bring your own towels. Reservations are available up to 30 days in advance. Some days fill fast but plans can change & bookings get modified/canceled (2+hrs beforehand) - check back for an opening if interested. Thank you for being considerate of our space by reading and abiding by SS and spot specific rules and asking all who accompany you to do the same. First time visitors get an auto-message 2hrs beforehand with helpful info.

This is 40 undeveloped, private wooded acres less than 15 minutes from Bellingham and 10 minutes from Mount Baker Highway. There is a long unpaved road to wander on as you adventure deeper into the property. Trails to come, until then, explore as you wish. Enjoy nature’s agility course by wandering at your will. For Pack (more than 3) Pricing, message us for a bigger discount. In the wet season, there is mud at a few low spots on the back trail. Please consider wearing boots for now.

Coming here will feel like you are in the country with the beauty of the mountains, a field to run in and a trail to hike in. *Please note that the acreage is a total of 86 acres including the crop areas. There is very little time that the crop area is restricted. When the pumpkins are grown, it is fun to walk up the rows and we welcome the pups to be in there, take photos etc. If you visit during planting, we ask the dogs stay out of that area as that can damage the crop. There is lots of space to run and walk/hike. The perimeter trail is approximately 3.5km. There is short grass, tall grass the dogs can go in and out all over the field in the front and middle of the property. As well as up the hill trail.

Please enjoy our fully fenced 5-acre field and wooded area for an intro price of $10/hour while we learn and refine. During the winter, the back section is quite flooded especially after snow and rain. We monitor it and will open it as soon as we can. Meanwhile, enjoy the field and smaller wooded trails. Such a great space for a high energy curious pup. Absolutely loved it. Grace was such a welcoming and friendly host, and definitely made sure that we were well taken care of while there, just in case we needed anything. What an amazing spot! Tons of trails, lots of excellent sniffs, up hills, down hills and running water! Our dogs didn't find any gaps in the fences, and they have so much to sniff on the property that there is no incentive to even try to cross a fence line. It's everything a dog could ask for and my 3 had the BEST time. They didn't want to leave when our hour was up! Then when we got to the car the wonderful host had left us both dog treats AND people treats. We'll be back!

My pup and I really enjoyed this spot. It's big enough to roam around in but not big enough to get lost in. Lots of space for the pup to sniff and run and play. The host is very kind, and greeted us for our first visit with a little intro that was helpful. I felt safe and it was beautiful and relaxing.

Such a cute little place! We enjoyed the woods and the sound of the water! Ares had a great time running around. The highlight was feeding the goats! We brought apples and they became our new best friend! Grace was a wonderful host as well.

Wow- this spot is immaculate! It is large, private, securely fenced, beautiful, and well groomed. The trails are perfect for running and playing with your pup, and the exciting features of the lot are enough to keep you and your pup entertained for hours. I felt extremely secure with my semi reactive dog. Grace went above and beyond as a host, with a very adorable welcome and easy to follow instructions. My tired pup and I could not recommend this spot enough!

We had so much fun at this sniff spot! Our dogs ran and played the whole hour! There was plenty of places to sit and relax but it was also so much fun to explore with the dogs. The owner was one of the sweetest hosts ever and provided us with extra poop bags!

A lovely sniffspot! Lots of different areas to sniff and explore. Also, we really appreciated all the clearly marked parking/walking areas as well as the sweet welcome sign for me and my dog! One thing to note is the fencing is not 100% fenced (a few gaps here and there) and it has gaps within it, so if you have an escape artist or need a super secure fence, this may not be the best option. I have a dog with high prey drive and was worried about the goats/horse but they are very secure in a separate space and you're dog will be on-leash as you walk by them. Once we got into the sniffspot my dog didn't pay any attention to the smell of the dogs. My dog is terrified of gunshots/fireworks and we did hear some gun shots while we were there, but it was VERY faint and sounded more like distant construction. Did not startle my dog, so if you have a similar issue you should be fine.

Had an amazing time with my pup Daisy and her dog friend I am babysitting. The sniffspot sign on the outside of the property made it really easy to find. Also parking was clearly marked. Upon entry the owner had a sign welcoming me and my dog and her friend to the property which was an amazing thoughtful touch. The owner is incredibly nice and personable and you can clearly tell she absolutely loves animals. The property was amazing and quite. Nice path into the woods. You will find a private stream and many different paths into the property where you can find nice benches to sit and rest while letting your dog sniff and play. Highly recommend and will be back!

The Mini Forest spot is lovely and interesting. Grace, the property owner, is very kind and helpful and provides poop bags if you don't have any and a garbage can, etc. This spot is a little small for me as I like to walk for a couple of hours but it is beautiful and my dog and I did several circuits of the property, walked up some good hills, and he had a wonderful time.

While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, inattentive owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than a city or county park. With a Sniffspot off-leash area all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers).
