Hi everyone!! The paths we mowed seemed to be a hit, so we made a lot of them this morning! Along with a huge mowed area too. If your pup likes a toy that I leave out, take it with! ❤️ I've been trying to make sure I leave toys out for everyone, if I'm not home before you, that's the only reason they are not out. I'll get you next time! 😉 Quick update: We now have baby ducks & chickens in the barn, they are in a small area and safe from dogs. Will update as we go with those little fellers. You can bring chairs, set a fire in the huge fire pit (bring wood and fire starter) also welcome to back your pick up into the area and relax / sunset views for days here! * Barn to sit in for shade * Short grass up front / tall grass areas / hill in the very back * Fenced but farm fencing so great for larger dogs or dogs with good recall * Wear your cowboy boots and explore the property * Farm area is separate from our immediate yard up by our house so you have full privacy alone * Anyone is more than welcome to use the yard around the house, just give me a heads up so we have it set for you 😊 this area is best for small dogs or runners and track stars, lol fully fenced!

This back yard is fully fenced with driveway guest parking. There is a mix of both sun and shade, and a hose for water. The grass is treated for bugs in the spring and kept short through the summer. No people or dog distractions at my property, so the place is all yours to wander. I absolutely love making this space comfortable for dogs & owners to stretch their legs in peace. Lazy Bones Acres offers 5 acres of wooded hiking trails for you and your furry companion to enjoy. Pack a lunch to enjoy on one of our picnic tables along the way or simply take in the peacefulness of the forest and wildlife. Listen to the squirrels chase each other in the tree tops, the woodpeckers pecking away in a nearby tree, or the geese honking at a nearby pond. Wildlife that are commonly seen on visits include deer, rabbits, wild turkeys, chipmunks, a beautiful array of wild birds, and much more. *Our terrain is uneven as it goes through woods. Fully fenced in yard for all pups to come and play at! We have a gazebo with 2 chairs and a small table for the humans as well. One doggy agility jump that is adjustable to any size dog! Water hose available with a doggy sprinkler. Plenty of tennis balls and healthy treats as well. Water bowls and fresh water is available for dogs and humans!

To decrease traffic we have increased our pricing because the grass is struggling with wear/tear. If you have a history of using our yard we want your dog to still get to come play! So please send a message & we will send you a discount code. We just need to start planning for planting grass etc. We LOVE sharing our space with multiple dogs from the community however, it is hard on the grass. For this reason, we have limited our evening and some weekend availability to Members Only to decrease the wear and tear on the yard. With the fluctuation in weather please be aware: If outdoor parks are wet and muddy ~ areas of our yard will be also. We cannot control the effects of rain. WATER: Due to freezing temperatures all water features have been removed for the season. Clean water bowls will be provided, but please bring your own water for the time being. Thank you for understanding. Please always use the provided carabiner to lock the gate as pictured after you and your dog(s) enter. We have installed multiple methods of LIGHTING for evening reservations. Easy instructions for use will be sent when you make the reservation. We do have a SHADE/RAIN SHELTER! :) PARKING: One FREE private parking space located at the entrance from the alley at the back of the lot. Since some guests were having a tough time with the parking space, we did WIDEN the entrance. We park 2 Honda CRV's back there daily without issue. Fully fenced 6 foot secure and private green space. Large open lot with seating and plenty of room to play fetch or just relax off leash. Easy street parking, no permit required. Any Extras will be located in the storage bin on the east wall of the lot. We have evening hours 6:30p to 9:30p for Members Only, 7 days per week.
