Located in a Quiet Neighborhood, lots of space for you and your dog to play, train and bond together, comfy seating arrangement for you to relax as well and enjoy the views. Usage may include, training space for reactive dogs, general play time, Dog Parties or any other legal use. We have different areas for smell and play (garden bed) Rough turf with spots for them to dig and lots of greenery to run and play! The lawn in our backyard is-well maintained without any chemicals or weed killers. We sanitize all dog toys often and sun dry!! Splash pad and water amenities and hammock will be available for use June 21st 2025 We also do doggy birthday parties with advance request upon availability.

To access the agility field: Please follow the driveway straight back past the detached garage. There is a gravel road to take you back to the sniffspot. Please park along the fence line of the field in the grass- do NOT park on the gravel road! *If you have never taken agility classes or competed in agility before, please message me and we can set up a time for a private lesson to ensure the safety of you and your dog! Puppies under a year should not be jumping too high or too repeatedly, and the larger pieces of equipment are dangerous for a dog to dismount improperly. And please, no humans on the equipment!* If you move or change the heights of any jumps, please put them back how you found them before you leave! Do not move any of the larger pieces of equipment (weave poles, dogwalk, a-frame, or teeter). AKC Regulation a-frame, teeter, dogwalk, and jumps from Max200. MAD Agility channel weaves. Saloon door style tire and tunnels from Clean Run. Please potty your dogs outside of the agility field! Keep your dogs leashed for safety as it is not fully fenced outside of the agility field and keep your eyes peeled for poison ivy! Please stay out of the neighbor’s property and out of the fenced in yard close to the house. It is low tech back there. There is no electricity or running water. Gates are secured with bungees for now until permanent posts & latches are installed. Please bring water, bug spray, sunscreen, proper footwear, etc. I do my best to keep the field as manicured as possible, but it is the out of doors so nothing is ever perfect! The pine trees provide lovely shade, but they do also provide pinecones and twigs. Give the space a once over to ensure there is nothing pokey on you or your dog’s path! Be nice to the neighbors! And have fun!

We have a beautiful fully fenced in big backyard for you and your pups to enjoy. The front has 8 ft white privacy fencing with the sides and back using a black chain link 4ft fully enclosed fence. There is an exit door at the back and front. We have a back deck with sectional seating, gas fire pit, dining table and Blackstone grill for your use if you would like. There is an umbrella for shade as well as a wood fire pit in the back. We have a hose hookup and sprinkler as well. There are doggy bags in the wire basket and a pooper scooper by the stairs. Please use both and leave dog bags in the big green trashcan by the gate. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Come spend quality time with you and your dog(s) that is fully fenced. Little dog approved (I have a 17lb, 13.75" tall small dog who liked to escape but can't anymore! I also have a 30lb beagle mix. We have several amenities for humans and dogs! The best amenity is the sectioned off agility yard! You may rent this portion of the yard as an extra. The agility portion of the yard is sectioned off is 90’x90’, includes all the all rubberized max200 contacts (dog walk, a frame, teeter), max200 channel 12 poles, two tunnels, table (rubberized Max200), tire (max200) and lots of various jumps!! I also have 2x2s available! Practice whatever you need to get your next QQ! The remainder of the yard is for free play including a kiddie pool, shade in the afternoons, dog toys and plenty of grass to sniff and run! Play yard gets good shade in the afternoons and evenings. Lots of shade after noon! Parking is off street in my driveway - there's plenty of space! Membership price includes access to the agility area. Large two acre fenced yard with room to run and you’ll have full use of the whole yard. You will also have access to a pond for your pup to swim and enjoy although the pond area is beyond the gate and NOT fenced in. There is a nice walking path with a bridge around the pond for your use. There is also a dock with chairs for you to enjoy while your pup romps. Our backyard is private and has a beautiful view of fields and the pond.

Welcome to our brand new Sniffspot area in Sturbridge (Fiskdale) MA. We are excited to provide an off leash play space for your furry bestie. Conveniently located close to the Massachusetts Turnpike and Rte 84. While I usually require advance notice, if you message me, and I'm able to immediately respond, I may be able to accommodate last minute reservations. We’re located on 1.85 quiet country acres just minutes from 395 North and South. We have an acre of that property fully fenced in. We have open space with sparse trees and several places for the hoomans to sit. There is a large dirt “dig spot” and agility tires for walking on or going under! In summer, w e have a small kiddie pool for swimmies and several bowls of drinking water. Larry the lobster is a whacky sprinkler that’s fun and refreshing to pups and hoomans!

Paws & Play is a fenced-in backyard with a pleasantly well maintained large lawn, with a sand pit that hosts seating and a fire pit. The yard has large trees providing shade in the afternoons & sunny warm mornings. A great place for your pawsome pup to get out their zoomies!

I have a dog agility training school and when we aren’t training, I have space for your dog to come play in a fully fenced arena. Please check to see if agility arena is available before coming if you wish to use it. You can also walk your dogs on leash around the farm to see the animals. I also abut a nature preserve that is private although not fenced. There’s a 10 minute poop loop walk

Hello, and welcome to my private doggie and parent play yard. There is a rain water catch barrel system in place(seasonal)There is a garbage bin, rake and shovel to clean up any droppings. I have offstreet parking for your convenience. Pull into the driveway where you will see a parking sign. The gate is to the left of the garage.  you will see a sniff spot sign on the front lawn so you know you have found the spot. There’s an assortment of play toys, as well as an A-Frame agility ramp, hand sanitizer station and poop bags for your convenience. I’ve provided a table and chairs under a shelter for rest or relaxation. There’s a small trampoline and hoops (warm weather)set up. We have cold water upon request for $1 each in the extras section as well as doggie ice cream for $2.00 each, as well as many special gifts for your fur baby. I hope you enjoy this private time with your pet. Thanks for visiting us.
