We have one full acre fully fenced with 4' high goat/sheep woven wire fencing. About 1/3 of it is open grassy field and the other 2/3 is nice shady woods. We in the process of over seeding the field to make the grass more lush this spring. We have added a few surprises down in the woods to make it more fun for our guests and their fur babies. There is an open lean-to where there are dog toys like frisbees and balls availble. There is also be a cute backdrop as a photo op for the dogs.

Welcome to Tell Tail Farm! A private 2 acre-fully fenced yard with horses and chickens coming in spring of 2025. We have an additional 3 acres of woods and a pond that is UNFENCED at the back of the property that is accessible through a gate that you are also welcome to explore. We get plenty of wild animals in our yard and have dogs of our own so there are PLENTY! Of smells for your pets to enjoy. When we get a lot of rain, a small pond forms in the back of the yard (pictured) but it’s not there in the extreme summer heat. I have a kiddy pool, water bowls and a hose outside that is usable in the spring, summer and fall. Toys, poop bags, chairs for humans, a nice patio to sit on, picnic table, and a fire pit patio with string lights all available for use! Hand sanitizer is also available and if it rains, we will open up the garage for a rain shelter with chairs! We do not use any pesticides or fertilizer on our property but will spray for ticks in the spring and summer. We cut the grass 1-2x per week but even more in the spring to keep the grass super short and our house sits on top of a hill for added exercise. Large rolling hay field with a beautiful tree line on 3 sides. Part of a working cattle farm with cows, horses, chickens, ducks, and goats. The field is cut twice a year, but there is 4 foot wide path around the parameter that is cut by a lawn mower regularly to maintain short grass perfect for walking, this is about a 1/4 mile around. The field is fenced, but the fence varies in escapability. The south side has wooden board fence, the west side (nearest the road) has woven wire, the north and east side have older barbed wire fencing reinforced with briar bushes (see photos). If you're feeling adventurous, there is a small section of woods, pasture land, and a creek to explore through the gate along the right corner of the field. *please shut and chain all gates upon entry*

Five stars aren’t enough! So many fun and thoughtful touches here, from treats and a personalized greeting at the gate to providing mosquito repellent, the hosts at Hickory Hollow go above and beyond to provide a fun and safe environment for their guests. Since it was our first visit the hosts came out to say hello and give us the run-down when we arrived-they let us know about all of the MANY amenities and then left us to it! We had such a great time here. The rainbow bridge is an awesome touch to add to the park. My babies really enjoyed sniffing and playing with the toys. We had a wonderful time at this sniff spot! Normally, Abby is all about her frisbee but here she actually dropped it so she could sniff around and explore. Plenty of room to play and secure fencing. Loved that they had water and even treats out for Abby. There are tubs of toys, agility equipment and a lovely memorial bridge. Very fancy! Abby had a blast running through all the paths in the woods - she is passed out on our couch as I write this. The owners of the property are so nice and helpful! We will definitely be back.
