Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. Aggressive/reactive or crazy high energy dog you don't take places as often as you'd like because of the response you get from people, bring them here! We get it (really..we do) and will be sure to give you and your pup the space you need with no added side eye ;) Need help applying training for those "problems"? Ask us about that, too! Working/sport dog that needs somewhere to train where handler doesn't have to be on guard or worry about misinterpretation, bring them here! Our world revolves around working dogs and training... we get it. We respect what you're doing and the space and understanding you need to get it done. We also love to train and meet new dog people and would love to meet and join you if we're home, but only at your request. Just a good ol' pet dog that wants to have some fun? Bring them here! We have all the things for a perfect play date for you and your pup to just relax and enjoy! There will be a few toys, mainly balls, available but we have more to offer at your request! Fully fenced backyard on the Little Creek Reservoir in Virginia Beach. Total fenced area is 0.25 acres, with fence standing 3.5 feet tall. There is also a walking path that goes down to the lake behind my property. Looking forward to hosting you and your puppy! Please clean up after your pet and stay out of the sheds and garden. Feel free to use the chairs on the deck or the water bowl for your dog. Poop bags are provided free of charge and found underneath the garden hose.

Nice backyard area. both sides are available including lots of short grass and some nice tree areas in the back. Owners and pets are welcome to use the chairs and Hammock on the deck. Our play yard is full of activity for any pet to enjoy! We offer a sandpit for pets or kids to pay in, hanging rope toy, a few small climbing objects, a ramps, toys, and balls. We do have some small farm animals throughout the property but they are all secure in their areas. Our dogs will be inside during visits so owners and pets can enjoy their time in the yard without the distractions of our babies. We live in a very quite neighborhood that doesn't have much going on. Everything we offer is located on a cart at the entrance of the play yard.
