Three-quarters of the yard has taller fencing, some being chain link and other being chicken wire. Parking must be on the street, not in the community drive. You can easily walk down into the community drive with your dog on leash and enter the yard on your own.

Human friends can take a break in the shade and watch for some of the magnificent birds that also visit the river while your pup is having the time of it’s life. Private parking onsite. *** This is a “carry in carry out” “park!” Please take your poop bags. I cannot have all the poop :) There is a park with a garbage bag 200 yards from my house if you want to dispose of it quickly. Right out of my driveway, 200 yards on your left. Pull over and toss the bag into the garbage there. **Back patio is off limits. It is not fenced but please respect this space, tables, chairs, etc., as my private space and refrain from sitting/lounging. Please also refrain from in using the swing set. Please do your best to keep pups from running through any plantings! All other space in front yard near the river and backyard grassy area and woods are available to explore! ***I have recently found a lot of poop in my yard. You MUST clean up after your dogs. If it continues I will have to shut down my spot. Please keep a watchful eye on your dogs and clean up their poop. I cannot police the yard after every visitor and clean up their poop. We have a large open space for your dog to run and play, a bathroom for your use, poop bags and cleaning supplies for accidents, and you can help yourself to available dog toys! Muddy Paws Rescue takes in over 1,000 dogs every year from shelters in NYC and other states (but don't worry, they all live in foster care so your pup can have the place to themselves!). By bringing your pup to our Sniffspot, your rental fee will go entirely towards our operations, helping to cover the cost of medical care, treats, toys, food, and so much more. We are located on 9th Avenue and 54th St in Hell's Kitchen.

Our spot is a private fenced in rooftop that is approximately 500 square feet in East Williamsburg. Enjoy comfy couches, a hammock chair, tables and WiFi during your stay. We provide dog toys, water, treats and a shaded dog bed. Everyone and every pup is welcome here! Keep in mind the rooftop gets full sun on sunny days. There is an umbrella, but it doesn’t shade the whole space. Accessibility: It is 4 flights of stairs to get to the rooftop. The building does not have an elevator. We live 1 flight down and love dogs! We have a 10 year old Pittie mix named Cocoa. She loves all humans, but not so much dogs, so she’ll stay in our apartment during your rental. We’re always available for questions or if you need anything. Thanks for considering our rooftop spot!

Large fully fenced in yard with some Adirondack chairs you can sit in. We also have a table and chairs with an umbrella for shade. Lots of room to run and play ball with your dog. The backyard gets almost full sun midday and full shade in the morning and late afternoon. If it’s a hot day we recommend booking early or later in the day. We put out a fan on the table for hot days, and an ice water pitcher for the humans. We also can give ice water in the dog bowl for hot sunny days. A kiddie pool is also available if the weather is warm enough and your pup enjoys water. Bring your own towel! The two balls that are placed out are washed with soap after each doggo visit.

Grass cut very often, dogs have free rain of the back yard, there is nothing that will harm them, birds and squirrels love to visit the back yard. I will have all dog supplies and toys in the shed. You are welcome to take and use what you want. Just please return to its location once finished.
