Welcome to Gunther’s Run in Staunton, Virginia! A fully fenced one acre property for you to hangout while your dog or dogs run, play and get tuckered out. There is plenty of shade and a outdoor water pump & dog bowls for fresh water. There is a furnished shaded deck, lounge chairs, and a covered front porch with seating for inclement weather. ***please be advised that there is No outside lights on the property for night time, please schedule accordingly. I will be working on outdoor lighting for the property in the near future.

The property is at the end of a 0.8 mile gravel driveway. There are paths around the property in the woods and a field for ball chasing. It’s very far from a main road and safe for running off leash.

Beautiful scenic spot just outside of Staunton! This mostly level space offers lots of options for your fur family. An acre of fully fenced in yard, an additional acre of open field (fenced on 2 sides only) with large trees, and a shallow river access that’s great for swimming and playing! The fenced in portion of yard also has kids play equipment available, rocking chairs, and a porch swing. A small picnic table with umbrella is also available for use. We do have neighbors, but because we sit further back than other houses, our yard offers a lot of privacy with woods and a field surrounding us. We often have squirrels, birds, rabbits, deer, turkeys, and geese roaming around! Your pets will enjoy the space to run, river access, and unlimited water! And you will enjoy the beautiful views and shade trees!

Beautiful isolated 13 acre spot in the country. There is a clear well maintained marked trail through the woods to an area that has springs, a stream and a watershed. Moving on down the 1/4 mile driveway passed the house is a path down to the Tye River that has a nice size riverbank (beach) for romping and water splashing. Dogs who can swim can venture out onto the rocks to explore the river. (Low tide) Those who want to exercise can hike down/up the stream climbing big rocks and other obstacles. This is a highly wooded area with lots to explore “off path”, and on path so bring your bug spray. This is heaven for dogs and for those who prefer a challenging exploration vs a standard field or yard to explore. The walk to the stream/springs/watershed is a beautiful fairly easy walk. The river walk while there is a trail, it’s pretty steep, rocks to trip on and a good workout to get back up. The river walk is good workout if you’re interested in getting into shape! Or choose the path to the watershed which is much easier. Come join us at Bear’s Creek for an adventure your dog will thank you for! Rules for the river: Low tide, all are welcome. High tide, swimmers only or dogs with excellent recall. Raging River, closed to all. If your most interested in the river and you know we have had a lot of rain you can message me prior to booking for river status. If you don’t message me and the river is closed you will receive a notification.

This is a beautiful spot for dogs. There is a quiet road running along one edge of the property, but the woods around the property are the real draw. Lots of natural space to explore. When it rains, there is a stream that runs through. There are many paths cut through the woods for your dog to explore. The borders of the property are well marked by orange ribbons except for the road frontage. .

Welcome to Elysium Farms! We are located in scenic Scottsville, VA down a private gravel road. We have access to a walking trail, large pasture, woods, and a creek! We have fenced-in farm animals your dogs can view. We will provide camping chairs, bottled water, water for your dog, a kiddie swimming pool and water for your dog to drink. We do have 3 dogs of our own, but they are fenced in with our underground fencing and with notice, we will be happy to lock them inside the house for your peace of mind and comfort! This is all on private, family land with plenty of roaming land!

Hello! My name is Katie and we are so excited to offer our yard space to your furry best friend. My family has lived in an apartment the last two years while house hunting in Crozet, and we have learned how difficult it is to have dogs without access to a yard. Now that we are settling into our new home, we are excited to offer our space for afternoon fetch, morning zoomies, and just lounging in the sunshine. Animals just make the world a better place. You will always have complimentary access to our hammock and swing gazebo. Please refrain from using the kids play equipment! Come enjoy some nature time in our yard in Crozet. :) Arrival Notes: When you arrive you can park anywhere on our gravel driveway. The gate to the right of the house that goes into our garden is where you will enter. This “holding” area in the garden gives you a chance to triple check there are no lingering guests or animals in the yard. Once you are in our backyard please shut the gate behind you. Most guests enjoy hanging out in the firepit area where there are hammock swings and seating. Along the fence, you will see a spot for water, toys, and other things I thought you may need. We ask that guests not utilize our small deck near the house, so that our dogs don’t bark and disturb their stay! So far all of our guests have come a second time, so if you end up booking again, I’d love any feedback on how to make your visit extra special.
