We plan on staying open year round as long as weather permits. As the weather is changing and days are getting shorter please book no later than 5pm. 🐶 If you are looking for a quiet and secluded place for your fur babies to play you have found the right spot. This is a great spot for reactive dogs and non socials as I am situated on 5 acres and 2 of the acres are fully fenced for the SniffSpot. My neighbors are very spaced out as well, so u have a very quiet visit. Also a great spot for training ( we have added agility equipment, we have 2 huge tires and an A Frame ladder). Welcome! We are working hard to make our peaceful, quiet 12 acres into a beautiful park. You are welcome at any time, day or night, to walk, run, bike, ski or snowshoe with your dogs. We no longer have any pets-- no more dogs, horses, chickens, or other livestock. We are often visited by deer and groundhogs. Although we have 12 acres, the house and barn are in the middle of it, so you may see the house from many areas during your visit. Usually, we are working inside or we are away and we keep most of the curtains closed. We may use the driveway or receive a delivery. Future plans include clearing the West trails, planting more evergreens, and making an indoor play space in the barn. Our park will continue to improve -- it is a work in progress! We took lots of pictures and will continue to add them. We want you to know as much as possible about the site before you come here for your visit. We welcome your suggestions on how to improve.

This is privately owned land in Chelsea and will allow you to take your dog for a run in a mowed area with sections of long grass and also for a run through the woods. The wooded area has a significant amount of wetland that the doggies love to get filthy in so bring towels if you expect your dogs to run in the woods. You may see deer and other wild animals on the property. This is an awesome spot to take your pupper out in the wilds for a truly unique dog park experience. My puppers have a blast whenever we bring them out - and so does my 15 year old son. Please be careful on the wooded path as there are a lot of trip hazards in the form of dead trees and logs.

I have 2 acres of property that sits next to another 2 acres of hay field. A lot of space to run around on! My property has a ditch in the back where your dog would love to sniff out! It is not fenced so if your don’t doesn’t listen to your commands I would not bring it unless you keep it on a leash!

2.5 fenced acres with a picnic table. Wildlife in and around the park. Plenty of space for your pup to run around and play and you to walk if desired. We provide poo bags, trash, and a bowl if you bring water. Please pick up after your babies. Take the easement down from the cul de sac and parking is to the left of gate in yard. We have construction going on at the property about a few hundred feet away. Loud noises and/or equipment may be heard and or seen. Thank you!

Spacious backyard with grass, some dandelions, a patio, and some chairs. There are a few trees for shade and a stick pile. Reach out with anything you need and I will make sure to provide the best I can for you and your pup! I hardly use the backyard at all except to add leaves or compost to the compost tumbler or occasionally to mow. That means it is all yours. This spot is definitely OPEN and no need to verify that with me beforehand. I will mark if it is occupied. Water spigot is outside of fenced area, on left side of house (viewed from street) near gas meter.

This is a backyard but also a full-sized baseball field. My dogs have been playing back there for years. The property is fully fenced in with chain link fence. The areas that backup to another yard are over 6ft tall. There is one strip of fence down the first base line that is about 3ft. All gates are closed and ready to entertain your dogs!

Our dog recently lost a tough battle to Hemangiosarcoma. He was our best friend for 10 years, so we created this spot in his honor for you to enjoy with yours. Enjoy a beautiful walk on a network of trails that traverse rolling hills in and out of the forest. At the back of the property, you will enjoy some of the best and most private scenery in Oakland County. As summer turns to fall there are a lot fewer bugs and beautiful color changes. Some trees are changing already. Please stay on the cleared paths on the West side and South portion of the property due to work being done on other sections. There are wooden arrow signs that help you navigate to the back of the property and back to the parking area. Thank you. (We are currently expanding and connecting the trails, as well as clearing the views to the lake and river, so watch for some nice additions in the future.)

15 acres completely fenced in with a large pond (approximately 4 acres), and a stream. The pond is spring fed with fish and other aquatic wildlife. Dogs are welcome to swim in the pond or splash in the stream. The property also features an 18 hole private disc golf course and an option to fish.

By the house there is a deck and patio with hose access and seating. There are tall grass meadow areas and mown grass play areas along with trails through the tall grass and plenty of voles to hunt around for. We have 2 50lb- ish dogs who play here all day who can be new friends or kept inside depending on your preference and theirs. The pond is full of nature and a very nice spot to cool off. Great open spot for dogs of all kinds! We have a small trail near the back of our property that's wooded. In the spring months it can be quite muddy in some spots. If your dogs have a good sniffer, im sure they will find tons of our dogs toys hidden throughout the property, along with some of my slippers. Lol.

I live out in the country. In a separate fenced in area I have chickens, ducks, and geese. In a 6’ huge area I also have dogs. I put them in crates when I know someone is bringing their dogs. People could go into that huge 6’ fencing area. The problem would be they could step into my dogs poop. This huge area I’m letting people use is very wide and long. Not that pretty. The very back only has 4’ fencing. All the rest has 5’ fencing. I love it for just letting medium and small dogs run. Could be ok for large dogs as long as they are not jumpers. If my standard poodle ever wanted to get out of that area, she could. Never out of the six foot area. It is not what I have up there.
