This was a nice spot with plenty of space for my Golden’s to run and play. I didn’t see the river/water source but I also didn’t look very hard. The road is rough in spots and I was glad to have my AWD.

Absolutely perfect spot for my pups to run around and play tons of fetch; the pavilion provides excellent shade and the fully fenced area makes everything nice and secure. Quiet area with no distractions, will absolutely visit again!!

it was a gorgeous, sunny, breezy afternoon. my dog got her needed walking and running time in. she came to rest on my lap at the gazebo, and our snuggle time was just as health-giving for her and me at this sniff spot.

Beautiful, wide open, secluded space perfect for some much-needed outdoor time. No evidence of storm damage from Helene on the property or the driveway, in case you are worried the space might look different or be inaccessible post-storm. Lots of toys and lots of room to run!

Great spot for the dogs to run. No other people around and no other dogs in sight if that’s an issue for you. There was a soccer game over at the rec center and you can hear the crowds cheering and kids playing. But it’s in the distance and out of sight. Great for desensitization if your dog needs it. Love the pavilion with all the supplies. Do remember your water. It says it in the instructions but I forgot. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Easy to find and well-marked!

My pups had a great time. As someone else mentioned, very secluded but you can hear noises from the soccer field beyond the trees. This was a great training and desensitization opportunity for my reactive pup. We’ll definitely be back.

My dogs loved this spot! A huge field for them to run around in. I’ve never seen them run so fast! They loved chasing the ball they found and sniffing everywhere. If you have a dog that likes to try to escape you will want to keep an eye on them as they could break the fence by chewing as the description says, but it was perfectly secure for my dogs. I did put a large stick on each side of the gate because it was windy so it blew open enough where my dogs could have fit through but it was secure with the stick blocking it. I might not have had the clasp secured correctly. Very private area and easy to find. Water, water bowls, toys, treats, shade, and chairs are provided. This is by far my and my dogs favorite SniffSpot that we have been to and we will definitely be back.

This was our first experience, I have a 140lb Anatolian shepherd and a 100 lb shepherd doodle. They had a blast running around and I didn’t have to worry about another dog showing up. My Anatolian shepherd loves people but not other animals. So this experience negated that concern. It was outstanding. The park was clean, fully fenced, with lots of toys and water.

It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
