This is 40 undeveloped, private wooded acres less than 15 minutes from Bellingham and 10 minutes from Mount Baker Highway. There is a long unpaved road to wander on as you adventure deeper into the property. Trails to come, until then, explore as you wish. Enjoy nature’s agility course by wandering at your will. For Pack (more than 3) Pricing, message us for a bigger discount. In the wet season, there is mud at a few low spots on the back trail. Please consider wearing boots for now.

Step into our fully fenced in dog park nestled in a beautiful forest full of cedars, maples, and many many ferns. The dogs will be so mentally engaged jumping over logs, dodging through ferns and playing with sticks galore. There is a path worn in around the perimeter of the zone, but feel free to romp where ever you please if you dare! There are poop bags and a bucket for these at the front gate. There is water in a blue 5 gallon jug and a dog bowl. Please note- the road through the property to reach sniff spot is gravel!

Timber Paws is a dog day camp service operating in and around the Bellingham, WA area. During non-operating hours our private and fully fenced-in dog park area is available for rent via Sniffspot. Take advantage of nearly 2 acres of natural, wooded terrain with plenty of space to run, chase, and fetch. The Pacific Northwest Trail, a through-hike trail hundreds of miles long, runs directly through our property via the gravel road and allows you to go on hikes of virtually unlimited duration. Please note that the standing propane heater is NOT for Sniffspot users. Please also keep out of the tiny house - guests are NOT permitted to enter. Any usage or tampering with the heater or tiny house will result in a loss of future booking privileges. PLEASE do not allow your dog to play with the toys and tennis balls if they are known to destroy them. These are intended for the day camp dogs and I can't keep constantly replacing them out of pocket. The garbage can is to throw away poop only. Please also bring your own water. Please replace any toys that are destroyed by your dog.

Coming here will feel like you are in the country with the beauty of the mountains, a field to run in and a trail to hike in. *Please note that the acreage is a total of 86 acres including the crop areas. There is very little time that the crop area is restricted. When the pumpkins are grown, it is fun to walk up the rows and we welcome the pups to be in there, take photos etc. If you visit during planting, we ask the dogs stay out of that area as that can damage the crop. There is lots of space to run and walk/hike. The perimeter trail is approximately 3.5km. There is short grass, tall grass the dogs can go in and out all over the field in the front and middle of the property. As well as up the hill trail.

Off West Pole Road, there’s a little lane next to a DeWildes nursery field. Our front field has a hidden gate (see pictures!) that will let you into our fully fenced front field. The grass is field grass and a little more rough and uneven than a yard lawn. When possible, please fill any dug-up spots so as to keep people and pups from tripping or getting hurt!

Our dogs love running in "the field" and walking the trails, and playing hide and seek, so we decided to share it with you. Please enjoy our fully fenced 5-acre field and wooded area. We have opened up the back trails for exploration. We are constantly checking and working on to keep clear of large debris and overgrowth. The back section can get quite flooded especially after snow and rain, but you are welcome to explore and get muddy. We have a hose hooked up to the water in the field just in case. Please let us know what we can do to make it even better.

We offer a farm setting open field with loads of room for both dogs and their people. Private fenced parking area off the street. Enter off 248 Street at 5245 248 Street. Our park is fully fenced with both big and small dogs in mind. We provide a water hose and bucket for dog’s drinking. We have added a picnic table and bench seating for you and play structure to keep you kids busy. For the dogs we have all sorts of fun activities, parkour and agility equipment. We will be adding more as we go. Pause table, training table, weave poles, A frame, tunnel, barrel jump, balance stools, jumps, ground tires, slide, teeter totter, cooling pool, hose, pooper scooper. We compost waste so no bags needed. Just scoop and put into the provided bucket. Please do not leave your plastic poop bags here. We have no way to dispense of it. Plenty of room for ball. We will be adding more equipment as we go. Are you looking for help with training? We provide that too. This is a farm setting but we are in a residential area so please cognizant of noise either by humans or dogs. It’s surrounded by trees for a nice private time. We look forward to hosting you! $15/hr - 1 dog $5 each additional dog $5 for additional 30 min The back forty of our farm is flanked by raspberries, blue berries, nursery stock ,trees as well as a neighboring farm. It is peaceful and quiet, there is no road noise .It is spectacular and a safe peaceful place to walk and play with your dog companions. Pull in at the west driveway of the Farm following the tree planted driveway to the field. Park in the grass area before you cross the ditch , before you cross into the berry field.The ditches have clean water in them - your dogs are welcome to play in the water. I know my dogs LOVE IT!!! Our space has been a favorite for people with reactive dogs as you literally have wide open space all to yourself and your dog companion. April 2023 Field is currently all in grass- We will take first cutting grass off sometime the first couple weeks of May. I will keep you posted here.

22+ acre property with 20 acres that is fully/securely fenced. The front half is an open field & orchard, the back is forested and has maintained trails throughout. There's covered seating in the field & woods, portapotty, drinking water station, toys etc - see amenities for more details. There are seasonal streams, ponds in the woods this time of year, plus extra puddles & mud during/after moderate-heavy rain. Foot bridges and woodchips keep the main trails in decent shape for walking but there are plenty of muddy areas to explore so expect a wet, dirty dog - waterproof traction boots (muckboots etc) recommended. There's a dog rinse station (elevated, tethers, sidewalls) for faster cleaning that's easy on the back and keeps clothing drier; bring your own towels. Reservations are available up to 30 days in advance. Some days fill fast but plans can change & bookings get modified/canceled (2+hrs beforehand) - check back for an opening if interested. Thank you for being considerate of our space by reading and abiding by SS and spot specific rules and asking all who accompany you to do the same. First time visitors get an auto-message 2hrs beforehand with helpful info.

WEATHER ALERT: If you are checking the weather online check the Ferndale (98248) weather. The Bellingham weather stops at the Smith Road. My prevailing wind is from the South BUT I do get the cold NE wind from Canada. NOTE: This is an acreage area which formerly held dog events; barn hunt, earth dog, carting, rally, obedience, tracking and nose work. The off leash area was set up for the dogs to have a place to run and play safely away from the other dogs when not working. This is all sandy loam so no standing water even when it rains. There is a water faucet down by the smaller barn (west side). You are welcome to fill your dog's bowls. Just be sure you turn the water off after. I have put some folding chairs just inside the big door of the barn. You are welcome to use them. I have also put a shovel out there so you can fill in any holes your dog digs. It is important you put balls back in the crate, they do not do well under the mower (the mower doesn't like it either. Please fill in any large holes your dog digs, so my mower doesn't bog down in one. if you want a bit more room to run your dogs, you may close the 2 big gates and let your dog run in the "parking area". It is all fully fenced. Be aware, the big gate into the back pasture does have a gap under it. THE BACK PASTURE IS OFF LIMITS THERE IS LIVESTOCK BACK THERE! PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG EVEN IN THE BIG AREA. THANK YOU!!!

We live about 5 miles from I5 with an upper property behind our home full of old forest roads, some trails, trees, and plenty of room to roam around off-leash or on.

Wide open spaces! Let your doggo run free as can be on our flat 5 acre lot! Hit up our smaller private pond or larger shared pond. Natural trees surrounding with natural shade on hot daze. Great place to walk through the trees that have all been cut up so you can see through them. Two large areas for Frisbee etc Enough shade is available so not out in direct sun if too hot, but plenty of open spaces available. Toys provided. Places to sit. Shaded areas. We may have dogs out in secured areas that bark. They will not be loose to visit at fence line. You can go to areas away from house if our dogs are barking. Please keep your dogs away from farm animals. We have 4 ‘ fences so if your dog is a flight risk, they should remain on leash. We have 30 ‘ leashes is needed

22 forested acres with private trails and an open field area located in the power line clearing. Includes private land access to state forest trails with views. Once you park you will see the trail entrance into the forest in front of you. Take the trail down to the creek. Water levels in the creek vary depending on the time of year. Cross the creek using the foot bridge and head through the forest. In about .3 miles you will come out into the powering line clearing. Feel free to explore everything in front of you and to the left (north). There are several wide open grass spaces in the power line to play fetch or just let the dogs run and be dogs. I will send you detailed instructions for the hike up the mountain upon request. This is a real hike and I recommend hiking attire. Please bring water for yourself and your dogs. The hike is about 3.5 miles and 800 feet of elevation gain. I recommend booking at least 2 hours to complete. If you want to hang out and enjoy the views you may want to book more than 2 hours.

We have a small white bench in the yard, but please let me know if additional seating is needed. 🌲🌳🐕 We also have unfenced areas that are included in the booking. They feel quite secure as they are surrounded by bush which acts as a bit of a natural fence (less so now that it is fall). I do encourage all guests to explore the unfenced areas as well as they add so much more space and variety, even if it is just once and on a leash/long line.
