Welcome to Happy Tails Trails, a large piece of property with many trails surrounded by trees, rolling rock hills and beautiful open waters. We love animals and would love to share our space with others that don't have the opportunity to experience nature with there dogs on a daily basis.

DO NOT PARK in front of the house or dog daycare. LEASHES: Please leash your dogs on weekdays when the dog daycare is open Monday to Friday 7:30am-5:30pm until you are on the trail and when returning to the parking lot if they don’t have reliable recall. DOG POOP: Please use a stick to flick your dog’s poop out of sight and off the trail. RESPECT NATURE: No smoking or littering. Please keep our Sniffspot beautiful and safe from potential fire. *SECURITY UPDATE* Due to recent threats from a troubled Sniffspot guest, who was upset about the requirement to follow the time slot rules that protect our guests from unanticipated encounters with other dogs and people, we will now be installing cameras to monitor our property. *Important: All Prices are in USD* *Please look at the pictures of the main gate before deciding if this spot is secure enough for your dog* *SPRING UPDATE* The entrance gate to the Sniffspot in the spring does get muddy and with the saturated soil does hold standing water at times. Please do not park in the standing water. The Sniffspot area is located at the back of my property. Where there is a 6 foot tall fence so that dogs are secure even in the winter with a few feet of snow on the ground. I just recently set this up as family friends recommended I try it, so please be patient as I improve things to make it more guest friendly. Hope your four legged friends enjoy it as much as my dogs do.

Welcome to Beaverton's Dog Trails! Please access the trails from Concession 6. Punch these coordinates into Google Maps: 44.4415942, -79.1065234. There is a SniffSpot Sign at the entrance. You may park in the private driveway. Rubber boots are recommended! Please pick up after your dog, there is a waste bin at the entrance. Please help yourself to a laminated map at the entrance and return after your walk. The map is posted throughout the trails with "you are here" symbols to help you navigate the trails. As long and they obey to you calls. 50 acres of mostly bush with trails , a 3 acre field with old apples trees. Beautiful beach down the road. I'm a Registered Kennel with 4 Golden Retrievers on site. In their own fenced in area. Trails on my property are being cleared and mowed. There is also a lot more trails surrounding my property that is available for dog walks in nature. I'm 60, total animal lover and have had dogs all my life. There is a water tap outside and a bowl if needed. Water is from a spring fed well, no Chlorine.

I will be adding agility equipment and a sectioning off space for agility field. I also have a 40ft trailer that is currently in the midst of being renovated for clients to have coffee, tea, a porch, and place to sit and watch your dogs roam free. My yard is currently fenced all the way around and I have a swing set for children to use and a trampoline. Fires will be held when I am present to do so for safety reasons. This is a safe zone to bring your dogs and allow them to roam and run free that is in the country and backs onto a beautiful cows field who have babies in the spring/fall. There's also beautiful large gardens thought my property to enjoy and umbrellas for shade in the spring.
