Fully fenced, secure and private acre of doggy heaven located on a cul de sac. Large grass yard, mulch, and wooded area on each side of the yard will keep your dog busy sniffing and exploring. The ground is cleared in the wooded areas for fun running and walks. Large blue stone shaded patio that backs up to woods. The large in ground pool is securely covered with a safety cover. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for privacy. There are poop bags, a bowl of water and a basket of toys for you and your pup if you wish. Whether you want to sit in the shade or play in the sun, there are multiple seating areas. Driveway and Street parking with easy access to the spot. The pool will reopen on Memorial Day.

Off street parking, fully fenced in yard for dogs to run around in. Please use gate on left side of house to access yard. Owner works from home most days and has a mini aussie - will make sure dog stays inside during the yard rental.

Please park on the right side of gravel driveway, located on Grove Court. Walk across front yard or follow path at the top of the driveway. The fenced in area is in the front yard just passed the brown house. There are table and chairs for our guests to be comfortable.

Welcome! Our sniffspot is home to our two pups, mochi and kipper. We have our yard fully fenced with 6ft privacy fence, and a small section 4ft chain link fence (see last photo). You can park right in our driveway and enter in through either gate, there is one on the side of the driveway and one at the back of the driveway. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for your privacy. There will be poop bags, a bowl of water, and a basket of toys for you and your pup to use if you wish. Whether you wish to sit in the shade or play in the sun, we hope you enjoy your visit to our yard!

No bells and whistles unfortunately, but if you need a grass fenced yard to run with your baby and maybe play ball then here you go! Quiet neighborhood with a fence that my dogs have never gotten past, so hopefully yours wont either!

Perfect for dogs who like to run and play fetch of even those who like to relax on the deck! Poop bags and Garbage can will be provided as well as an umbrella and chairs if you would like to relax! There are tons of toys spread throughout the yard that any dog is welcome too! Have fun!

Nestled between the Bronx River Parkway and Hutchinson River Parkway in Scarsdale, this private puppy palace is an ideally located quarter acre, fully fenced and gated private dog park, and is the perfect location for you and your fur baby. Aside from being a dog park for our pups, those we fostered, and those we dogsit, this yard has also been used for training for Guiding Eyes for the Blind dogs. Ever since my family moved here in the late 1980s we have never treated the yard with pesticide or herbicide, we don't allow any poisonous plants, and we've kept this yard fully fenced (no gaps) and gated with plenty of privacy hedges. Water, toys, treats, and towel service included. There's ample free parking on the street. There is a deck and a patio for the humans and two pools, a circuly sprinkler system you can control, agility equipment, and toys for the pups. None of my next door neighbors or bordering neighbors have dogs or outside pets. This is a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood next to New York City. I love dogs and I plan to follow my Mom's dream of starting a dog sanctuary. I started volunteering at shelters and dogsitting and walking at 16 over 25 years ago. More recently I've become a dog trainer and am increasing my skills at veterinary assistance. My resume also includes corporate pet health in both New York and Los Angeles. Our spot is located right across the road from the beautiful Chadwick Lake in Newburgh! We have 1/4 acre fenced in backyard with regularly trimmed grass. About half of the yard is flat and the other half is on a hill. The hill is great for tiring out your pup! It backs up to a wooded area. There is a deck and a patio with furniture and umbrellas. We provide dog toys that are sanitized between visits. Please BYO water and bowl/container. Hope to have you for a visit soon! Come spend quality time with you and your dog(s) that is fully fenced. Little dog approved (I have a 17lb, 13.75" tall small dog who liked to escape but can't anymore! I also have a 30lb beagle mix. We have several amenities for humans and dogs! The best amenity is the sectioned off agility yard! You may rent this portion of the yard as an extra. The agility portion of the yard is sectioned off is 90’x90’, includes all the all rubberized max200 contacts (dog walk, a frame, teeter), max200 channel 12 poles, two tunnels, table (rubberized Max200), tire (max200) and lots of various jumps!! I also have 2x2s available! Practice whatever you need to get your next QQ! The remainder of the yard is for free play including a kiddie pool, shade in the afternoons, dog toys and plenty of grass to sniff and run! Play yard gets good shade in the afternoons and evenings.
