The neighbors dogs (2) are not a hazard but they are reactive so if your dog doesn’t ignore them, they will run along the fence. Normally they are inside but of course they have to be let outside to relieve themselves and stretch their legs. They are never let out as a pair only separately.

Dog Club is a private use, canine enrichment field (fenced) located on the beautiful campus of St. Richard's Episcopal Church in the heart of Winter Park (32792/Seminole County) - minutes from Baldwin Park, Audubon Park, Winter Park proper, Maitland, and College Park. The Club field was designed (and is managed by) a local, professional dog trainer as a private use, dog park "alternative" where dogs can meet their exercise and enrichment needs off-leash in the company of their people ONLY while enjoying multiple amenities and activities. Private use visits combined with the location of field, entrance gate, and designated Club parking, as well as privacy screening of Club fencing, are designed to ensure minimal encounters with others dogs or people (within vicinity/outside Club). Private use/visits are limited to maximum of *3 "registered" dogs and 3 guests from SAME household per visit. Dogs must be a minimum of 8 weeks old. At least one (1) Club Guest must be an adult (18 years of age or older). Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the Club field and on campus. *Field use/visits by unregistered dogs, unregistered guests, and between dogs from different households is NOT permitted. The Club is NOT an open access dog park. *Limited exceptions to this policy may be considered - not guaranteed - by Club Manager and must be approved in advance by Club Manager. New guests and their "registered" pup(s) are required to meet with Club Manager on their 1st visit for a 5 minute orientation. Returning guests will - after their 3rd visit - receive a unique gate code for "unassisted" gate access as well as ability to contact Club Manager to open time slots within the restricted early morning & early evening schedules. The Club field is 1/2 acre, quiet, shaded, and fully-fenced (6 foot w/privacy screening). Restricted gate access: Existing members and regular/returning non-members (after 3 visits) are provided with a unique code for "unassisted" gate access. New and occasional guests gain '"assisted" access by Club Manager. Amenities include: dig pit (10x10x3 shaded pit) with non-toxic playground-grade play sand; agility equipment; tether ball pole; lizard island w/elevated planks; bungee pulls: in-ground and tree-supported; luring and fetch toys; Nose Work/Scent Work Stations (at base of each of 15 trees) and scent cans. In Memory of Rosie Private Dog Park

This month two years ago Rosie crossed the Rainbow Bridge. So I've cut the price in half the rest of June! If you'd like to tip or donate more money I'll put the money towards animals in need.We have a huge front and back yard that is COMPLETELY ENCLOSED. We do have stray cats that both us and the neighbor behind us feeds. The neighbor in the back has a chicken coop in the far left corner(on her side of the fence.) We have large areas of bush that your tennis balls or toys may get lost in(more than welcome to bring toys just a fair warning.) We have dog bowls and water provided. We have a back porch with seating available. We do have shaded areas to park depending on the time of day. We have not seen snakes here. More than one dog is welcome and encouraged. This was our first Sniffspot experience and it was fabulous! Kathryn has some serious horticulture skills. This property offers a beautiful retention pond with plenty of very well kept open lawn space to run on and a lovely garden area for dogs to explore. My dogs are extra big boys but we found the fence to be secure and they had plenty of space to run! They really had such a great time swimming in the pond and exploring the property. I was glad to have a lovely closed in shaded area to sit and being able to hose them down before loading them in the car was super convenient. Kathryn was very communicative and really made our first experience a great one! We are happy to say we highly recommend this property.

This space is great! So many places to explore. A great variety of plants to sniff, lizards to chase, lots of room to run, a pond with a dock, and plenty of shade if you or your dogs need it. There are some trees for shade, as well as a porch and a gazebo. The yard is fully fenced and secure, but it does allow you to see the neighbor’s yard and they have animals like the description says, so just keep that in mind when booking. My dogs have never seen a pig before, so they did bark, and I hope it didn’t bother anyone. There is also a hose and towels if you need to rinse your dogs off before you go. We appreciated the space and now our dogs are napping. :)

We took our GSD, Cody, for his meet and greet with Kathy and we could not have been more impressed with her hospitality. She seemed like she really cared about our, as well as Cody's needs. The property was well spacious, maintained, and clean. Everything that we could have needed was there available to us.
