My newly renovated backyard of Decomposed Granite, Saint Augustine grass & mulch. The DG is great for dogs to run. We have 2 big trees which with or without leaves, provide shade. We have a hammock and 2 benches so you can enjoy them from anywhere on the property. We also have patio chairs placed at various locations in the yard. There are no plants in the yard. You are also welcome to explore the front yard as well and help yourself to a few oranges. My dogs love playing fetch in the 60 feet of area they can run .

Though you are encouraged to still bring flashlights:) Welcome to our little Adventure Park for Dogs! We are 100% run by my kids and I :). Please don't hesitate to reach out! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway for about 100 yards (past the deck). You reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is always beautiful, but is green from first rain until May or June, then brown during summer until first rain** **We are fellow dog lovers! During your visit, our dogs will be enclosed uphill and away about 60 feet from the main play space, with two layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). The SniffSpot area DOES NOT share a fence with our dogs. You may hear a random bark from them, but that's it. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it overlooks the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! If you have any questions, comments, or concerns before/during/after your visit, please don’t hesitate to reach out via the communication tool in the app. We very much value your visit and feedback! This location was clean and well kept. My pup loved all the sniffing opportunities and space to roam with a great view! The water spout was easy to find and the instructions for access to the spot were very clear. You might be able to hear the pups that live at this location inside at times, so it may not be 100% reactive dog proof if you have a pup with high sensitivity to “triggers”. However, I would still recommend this spot as the space is well maintained, spacious, and it is noticeable that the host cares about the property and guests.

We had a great first sniffspot experience! Our pup Ninja is super energetic and he loved doing zoomies in the big open yard. This is a great spot if you have a pup still in training. He was able to run and get a lot of energy out before we were able to do some recall and loose leash training. Then a little break to grill dinner! Overall perfect evening. While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than public dog parks.
