What an excellent experience! We live 10 mins away and will be back regularly 🙂 we got a rescue from Texas in January and it has limited the time my other dog gets to run at dog parks because he is a little reactive to other dogs. This was fully fenced in and my dogs are happy and exhausted! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice to have some new equipment for dogs to try out for basic agility for this visit. Per others mentioning, yes there’s poison parsnip but it’s mainly at the entrance and east side so avoid it and try to stop spreading. I didn’t unleash my dog until we rounded the “corner”. Didn’t see any on the north/west open field. Yes, there’s a lot of burs around also on the hill and many plants trying to start everywhere. There’s also so much else around to enjoy. Saw snakes, heron, wildflowers, bullfrog, critter holes, etc. It’s a nature park also in our view. We like the diversity and understand how much work goes into the care of land that size. It’s a great size for an hour sniff and exercise. There were a few poops around from previous guests is my only note and hope everyone continues to scoop after their dogs. Thankful for this to be near us for a different play option.

Wonderful bit of wilderness very close to Ottawa/Hull! Since it's a ravine there's so much more for them to explore than half an acre suggests. They had a great time and looking forward to taking them back.

This hill area is good for pups (and their people) who have solid footing. There is a nice seating area with a fire pit.

Our dogs had a great time! We’ve had a couple of negative experiences at the public dog parks so we haven’t been going, but it means they don’t get a lot of opportunities to run. They loved running and sniffing without limits today. Thanks!!

We had a great time at this Sniffspot. It was the first time in a long time that my dog reactive dogs have been able to be off leash. They looked SO happy to be running through the field and cooling off in the muddy “pond” (more like a big puddle). Will definitely be coming back. But to anyone going - bring towels if your dog likes water because we went during a DRY spell and there was still a decent amount of water there.

This spot is lots of fun! Really wide open space in the back part, beautiful country scenery. Pretty easy to find, just had to park on the road which can be a little busy, but there’s a big sign to indicate the entrance. No disruptions throughout the visit.

It was our first time, and my dog Bear had an absolute blast! He loved exploring the pond, the hill, and chasing his ball in the huge field. Bear is reactive and doesn't get along with other dogs, so we will definately be coming back to this spot!

Great space. There is a field section with mowed grass, a mountainous section with longer grass, rocks and trees and a small pond- a win for my 2 Cane Corsos. The car ride hope was peaceful with 2 smelly but exhausted dogs😁

This place is a life saver for me and my 1 year old reactive shepherd. We can’t go to public places so this is the perfect solution. It’s very well kept, the fence is high and secure in all areas (fence is a wire mesh and the holes are relatively large so I wouldn’t bring any small size dogs since I think they could fit through). It has a small marsh on it and a big hill and a small sitting area in the shade.

This space is a large field, with a hill in the middle, marshland in one corner and a medium-busy road along one side. Having an open space was my goal as I teach my foster puppy recall and this was perfect for that! It was very easy to keep track of her. Not much shade if you're going mid-day in the summer but the water was great for cooling the dogs down

My dogs had a fantastic time at this spot. They enjoyed running in the grass, splashing in the pond, and racing through the wooded area on the hill. I liked that this spot was more than just a field, there was enough varied topography that it kept the dogs curious and stimulated. We will be back!
