I use it for dog sports such as Toss and Fetch (disc). It is ideal for throwing a ball, a disc, or just letting your dog run. There is a shed in this area that has chairs, toys, etc. for guests. There is an agility field, available by special permission only, for those with prior agility experience. See extras.

Beautiful acreage with views of the surrounding mountains. Horse and ATV trails throughout property to make for easy walking laps. Plenty of room for small or large dogs to really run and play. Great for hikes to the top if you and your furry friend are up for some real exercise.

We are located on 10 wooded acres surrounded by adjacent forest. We have a small farm pond area with a picnic shelter. There are lots of woods, a creek and lots of grassy area to run around in. We also have a fenced garden, a fenced chicken run and a fenced yard for our dog that we ask Sniffspotters to stay out of the fenced areas. Additionally, we do have campsites, a treehouse and a bus that has been retrofitted as a camper. We will only accept reservations. When we have campers here, Sniffspotters will be required to stay at the creek or near the pond. There is plenty of room for roaming but owners need to be vigilantly attentive to their dogs. When we do not have campers, Sniffspotters will be free to roam anywhere on the property.

Enjoy the scenery while your dog(s) frolics in this idyllic, beautifully landscaped backyard. There is curbside parking with a private side gate entrance. The yard gets lots of shade in the afternoon, and there is also a shade canopy where you can sit and relax. We work from home and are onsite most of the time if you need anything.

Dog heaven!!! Wide open fields, trails, spring fed creek, wooded areas. Everything a dog could ever wish for🐾😃

Open pet friendly backyard only. (sides fenced, but open front and back) Driveway and street parking, swing, chairs, long lead, leashes, toys, small pool, water bucket, plug in, Wifi, water bottles, occasional snacks and dog treats available. Extension cord (Bright Red) with plugs available. We put up a canopy in the spring and summer, but it's down during winter months. We have a garden we sometimes plant things in, but is free for use if empty. Toddler playground and occasional other kids toys are free to use, please put everything back where it was originally found. Dog toys/treats, bags, extra leashes/leads and towels are in the black and yellow tote. Water faucet is located on the side of the house in front of the side porch 100ft hose provided. ***Msg after booking for Wifi password. Or any other questions.***
