We have visited this spot a boat load of times (it’s the only one we visit). The hosts are always super nice and understanding of any requests we have. If you have a highly reactive dog they do have neighbors with reactive dogs that bark/stick their noses under the fence line. I would be mindful of that. The fence is solid though along with a super clean spot.

So sweet to leave treats, water, pet wipes, hand sanitizer, and a ball to play with. The yard is much bigger than I anticipated, my 58 lb mixed pup could easily get up a full head of steam. Very clean, perfect instructions, perfect fence. Well worth the relatively short drive from Richmond.

The yard was super easy to access, securely fenced and very clean. My dogs enjoyed running and playing. The owners left fresh water and some toys and treats, which was a nice touch. We will be back.

Our first time using Sniffspot and so thankful to be able to visit this backyard and let our two dogs run around in a secure, safe spot. Such a clean environment with plenty of available space. The fence was secure and the water, treats and toy provided for our pups to use was very very much appreciated. Highly recommend this spot and we will be back!

We just did our first visit to this spot and it was lovely! We have an escape artist in the form of a min pin/beagle mix, but the fence was secure and plenty tall for him and our other dog too. The yard was the perfect size for our two dogs. They enjoyed sniffing and rolling around. I would come back for sure!

A beautiful back yard, big and all the amenities that dogs of all ages and energy levels can enjoy. The human amenities were perfect too! Lounge chairs Bluetooth speakers, bug spray and spf. Legit the best place!

A lovely, large yard with both shady and sunny spots to enjoy. The host provides amenities (water bowls, swimming pool, and toys) for your dog. There’s plenty of area in which to run and sniff. The yard is safe and we did not hear any other animals or people while we were there. It was so relaxing we could have spent the day there! We will definitely return!

what an awesome spot! definitely my new favorite sniff spot! they had lots of toys, water bowls, bug spray, two pools, lots of trees with shade and a tug rope connected to one of the trees! teddy also had a great time running the fence line with the neighbor dogs. overall, awesome experience and we will definitely be back soon!!

Ahsley's yard was awesome! It was a great size, well maintained, and had plenty of activities to keep my pup busy - his favorite being the kiddie pool to lay in to cool off! It was easy to find, enjoyable, and overall a seamless experience! We will definitely be going back to her spot!

What a lovely spot! Our host was so kind and accommodating. There were toys galore, including a pool and a tree tug-toy. The pups appreciated the fresh water bowls, and we humans appreciated the poop bags, bug spray, and chairs. The yard was spacious and super fun for the dogs to explore.

Wow - an amazing spot. I’ve taken my pup here a couple of times and he has loved every minute of it. The host ensures that all are well taken care of leaving many places to sit, bug spray, poop bags, hand sanitizer, and more for the humans. For the pups, there are many enriching activities and the yard is spacious enough to really get some good running in. All this and at an affordable price? We are so grateful for this spot!

A very pretty and large yard with lots of trees and different areas to explore. It's not fenced and the property lines are not entirely obvious so it would not be a good choice for dogs who like to wander or don't have good recall. Homer loved it though-- plenty of room for zooming and sniffs.
