The space is really big. They can run freely. There’s also many different trees and bushes for them to sniff. No other dogs heard during our stay. Minimal people heard, no loud noises. Fence is good for privacy. Overall our dogs had a great time! Ig@anxious.Kovu And ig@Luna_the_husky_from_the_tree

Our pups had a very pleasant visit at this property. There are a lot of bushes along the western side of the property with understory that my dogs particularly enjoyed exploring and sniffing. There is a small grass yard on the western side of the house and a small grass yard on the eastern side of the house. Both yards offered enough space for contained play, running and training. There is a possibility that you may see or hear the residents but it was not an issue for us. I suggest that your dog(s) should have sufficient recall/voice control and know "leave it" if you plan to visit this site since it is a kid friendly property (toys, play equipment, scooters, sand pit, etc. are on site and accessible to pups). There is also a sizable gravel walkway and uneven path with pavers that you should be aware of if you prefer a softer, even ground cover throughout the entire site.

Our boys enjoyed this yard - a lot of space to run and different leaves and plants to sniff. One thing we didn’t expect happened at the very end - a loud doggy neighbor with a booming bark sensed our boys and it got a little chaotic for a moment. We usually try to avoid sniffspots where other dogs can be heard, but I might have missed that in the reviews. It was otherwise great and we will likely go back for more play time in the near future :).

Lots of opportunities for sniffing stimulation and exercise! My older pup enjoyed non-stop sniffing while my younger pup ran around and explored. This is a perfect place for dogs of any age tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We'll be back!
