You and your dogs can swim in our salt water pool that has a depth of 5ft, a fire pit and more! We have many spots to sit and relax. We also have dog toys & treats. We are 420 and smoking 💨 friendly with ash trays available. Come over bring your friends and have a great time! The lot size is 16000 sf. The "dog park" area is about 5000 sf.

**UPDATE 6/4/25** We take foxtails very serious and understand how hard it is to control in SoCal. That being said we've recently learned about weed burners and are very happy to announce it work fantastically against foxtails!!! See pictures! If you come to visit, there may be charred weeds/foxtails that makes the SniffSpot safe for your visiting pups!!! We VERY MUCH VALUE your visit and hope that foxtails will not hinder your enjoyment. They're in the dark because we just finished and I couldn't be more excited to share the news and could not wait until morning. This is thanks to a visitor who suggested a handrail! Which will be added to the pathway soon! You may have noticed... We've added some more tire fun and rearranged the tree stumps... see how many puppy feet you can find!! **UPDATE 11/24/24** We have added a wash/wipe down station for those muddy paws! Plus some doggie cushions for your pup to have a soft spot to relax :). We've also added some additional seating on the opposite end so you can enjoy the yard from a different angle! Please see the pics for details :) **UPDATE 8/27/24** We are adding a log stump obstacle course for our furry visitors!!! Right now there are 9 stumps for your pooch to scale and enjoy. (See last picture) Stay tuned, though!! I'll be adding more as the week goes by!! And thanks to a visitors idea, we will also be adding an A-frame within the week!! I have to build it first ;). Stay tuned!! **UPDATE 7/25/24** We now have low-light solar powered lights installed for those who'd like to visit in darker hours!! Though you are encouraged to still bring flashlights:) Welcome to our little Adventure Park for Dogs! We are 100% run by my kids and I :). Please don't hesitate to reach out! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway for about 100 yards (past the deck). You reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is always beautiful, but is green from first rain until May or June, then brown during summer until first rain** **We are fellow dog lovers! During your visit, our dogs will be enclosed uphill and away about 60 feet from the main play space, with two layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). The SniffSpot area DOES NOT share a fence with our dogs. You may hear a random bark from them, but that's it. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it overlooks the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! We have a wide shallow step, Perfect for experienced and novice dog swimmers! You are welcome to swim with your pup during your private reservation enjoying the snacks and drinks provided. We’re on a 1/3 of an acre in a quiet part of North Claremont. Lots of open grassy space but also lots of trees and shrubs and bushes to explore. Fully fenced and with seating for the “parents”. Easy no-contact access. There are two gates available to enter by, both visible and easy to access from the front yard. Free and abundant street parking on the cul-de-sac directly in front of the house.

Beautiful home located in Hancock Park. Backyard is all lush turf with a patio and chairs for your convenience. Replacing waterfall. We have snacks & treats for both your babies and for your beautiful selves. There are toys as well!! As it gets warmer I will also be providing a pool for your babies to play in as well as doggy ice cream! Property is completely private and secure. No other dogs or people visible! Come enjoy! 😊

Fully fenced backyard by Sunset Blvd in Silverlake. Close to DTLA, Hollywood, etc. Large backyard area with astroturf grass, area with mulch dirt, etc. There’s 3 levels so it’s a great place for dogs to run and jump around. Plenty of shade from trees and lounge chair seating for the pup’s humans. Please keep in mind: there are a number of stairs to get to the backyard area (see pictures!). The backyard also has levels that are not fenced and there are different types of terrain in the spot (astroturf, rocks, dirt, etc).

This is a very big back yard large part pavers, large portion turf, and other dirt. On A clear day you can see to ocean, Catalina, and Long Beach. This big yard has a door that leads to the hiking trail of Whiting Ranch (I am not responsible for if you chose to go out there) but it is beautiful trail I take my dogs and kids on. At least once a month we see deer out there. Great space for the dogs and the owners. You both will enjoy this yard just like me and my dogs do also. In summer can put out small kiddy pool and sprinkler for dogs to run through. Comfortable table and chairs. Huge balcony for shade and cover.

Welcome to our Sniffspot! Our property is located on a sprawling 1-acre land with plenty of space for your furry friend to run around and play. We have a large pool where your dog can take a dip and cool off on a hot day. ( This is an add on). Our property also features a lush green grass area where your dog can play fetch or simply roll around in the grass. If you need a break from the sun, we have a covered patio where you can relax in the shade while your pup runs around. Our Sniffspot is perfect for dogs who love to play and explore in a safe and secure environment. We can’t wait to welcome you and your furry friend to our Sniffspot!

Fully- fenced (41-1/2 inches high) front yard open space with orange trees and garden surrounding. Agility equipment is always available. Our pools, large and small can be booked as extras at the time of your reservation. Children’s toys happily provided upon request. Homemade human and doggie treats are available most of the time. 🙂 🐾🐾 We do have nighttime lighting and will open a late evening reservation for you upon request. Outward Hound Level One available as an experience during your stay and can be booked as an extra. Doggie Painting (let your pup’s inner Picasso come out!) is also available and can be booked as an extra. Birthday props available to borrow and listed under “extras”.

There is an old swing set on property, that is a ‘use at your own risk.’ We keep it up because our dogs, and family members enjoy it, but before use your own discretion before using. Cold bottled water in outdoor frig for humans and fresh water in bowls for your pups. This is a country yard. I walk the property prior to every visit but guest should be aware to wildlife such as bugs, squirrels, gophers, hawks, skunks, snakes, etc. We hope you enjoy our yard. 😎 Complimentary Keurig coffee, hot chocolate, tea and cold bottled water available for all guests during your visit.
