Great spot in the Mission Valley area. The yard was clean and there’s privacy fencing in good condition all around the perimeter. Not huge but not small and easily big enough to play fetch. Instructions from the host were clear and it was easy to find. Very happy that we found somewhere so close that checks all the boxes

I absolutely loved this spot for my dog. The owner offered his driveway for me to park early on a Saturday morning which was appreciated! A nice big square backyard with grassy parts. Great for running around and playing fetch which is my dogs favorite thing. Ended up leaving just a few minutes early because she was so tired! And it was close to home! Definitely recommend and plan on coming back!

This is our 2nd time coming here, and we love it so much!! It’s a perfect backyard to play fetch in. At one point our dogs ball went under the porch and I couldn’t get it so I messaged Michael asking if I could use his broom to fish it out. He came out with a broom and I was able to get it YAY! He’s a super nice guy, we will be back!

Paul's house It's adorable and his yard is immaculate and it's such a cute neighborhood. He totally understood that my dog was scared of his dogs even though they were in the backyard and he very kindly put them away for me. It was the 1st time we could throw sticks and balls and play without fear Of other dogs. Highly recommend and we'll be back.

There was no water bowl so bring your own. There is a dog barking inside but it’s not to the point that it disrupted my dog. Great space for $7! Thank you so much!

My dog loved this yard for zoomies! He is reactive to new people/dogs, and since this yard is fenced off we were able to do a lot of productive training without him getting overwhelmed. We will definitely be back here.

Great spot for a quick run! Easy to find, ample parking, and fully enclosed for everyone’s safety. The fence is quite low in a few places, so if you have an escape artist, be sure to keep vigilant. The host went out of his way to measure his gate openings so I could be sure a wheelchair would fit through. Thank you so much, Paul!
