As many reviews will confirm, this is a beautiful park area. Signage to guide you for easy access in and out. Upper and lower parking areas for multiple cars. Porta Potty for humans. large mowed areas to throw a ball of Frisbee. Large pond with an easy in and out slope into the water for young and senior pups. A small Jon boat with paddle for a pup water tour of the pond. A selection of different size life Jackets for pups and humans. A bulletin board with a sample display of a Blue Green Algae test kit that can be purchased on Amazon’s. An area next to it where guests who do the tests can post the day, time and results for other pup owners to see. An array of pup towels to dry off with and a drying line. A Muddy Paw Spa wash station b4 they get back in the car, multiple large shaded sitting areas. A 10’x 10’ sand filled dig box for the pups who just have a need to dig. A “Tug of War”spring loaded grab bar for pups who like a good tug of war. Multiple pup fresh water dispensers, with bowls for them. Multiple Doggie Poop Depots with poop bag dispensers so for your convenience, no need to carry that around while you explore the 15 acres. ( Fair Warning.. very low tolerance for a guest who does not pick up after their pup) Two wooded trails areas that we have just begun to develop for the wild side areas to explore. A Large professional Obstacle Course with most of the obstacles course pieces seen on U-Tube. Toy stations with a large variety of toys to select from (Please be considerate for the next guest, return them back to the station after use). Porta Potty for humans was hand sanitizer, lime dispenser to process waste and illuminate odor. Two Frisbee Gulf course areas under development. Bring your own disks to play while you pup sniffs,…or rent a back pac of putters, mid range and long range disks from us. This was our first Sniffspot and an awesome one! The property is huge, beautiful and provides so many different terrains/smells/activities for dogs. Mac especially enjoyed the creek at the bottom of the trail. It is definitely very steep, so be ready for that tough climb back to the car!

The mud was epic (we love it). If you don't wanna go down red trail, try yellow trail and then cutting across if you still want to get to the stream. You can check out the fort and take refuge from the downpours there (forecast looking 🌧 for at least another week).

Such a lovey location hidden in the hills! The paths to walk are clearly marked with pink and boundaries with white. Once away from the parking area I felt comfortable letting my dog off leash. He loved the stream and mud and hiking around. Perfect for a little hike and fetch off leash in a beautiful wooded area. Thank you so much for sharing your land with dogs like Clifford.

Great spot in many ways! Beautiful, lush forest setting. Very clearly marked with helpful signage. Super clean. Nice view and even a creek. The trails are a little on the steep side (not a negative, just something to be aware of), so make sure you're up for a little bit of elevation loss/gain. My pup and I had a fantastic time!

This was our 3rd time visiting this spot and it just gets better and better. I can’t get over this place! It’s so peaceful and beautiful… and private! My dog never gets to run off leash unless the place is fenced in but I feel safe enough to let her run around here and the reward is major. I’ve never seen her happier! This was an amazing corner of the woods that has perfect walking paths for the humans and lots of space for the dogs to run and sniff. A small warning to the humans though...the property is quite steep lol. They have benches at various places to sit and rest while the dogs run though so it's perfect :)

Are dog hiking trails safe?

While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, inattentive owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than a city or county park. With a Sniffspot off-leash area all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). In order to hike the trails, we require that all dogs have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not permit dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules.

Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot hiking trail at the same time as me?

Sniffspot only allows one booking at a time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the spot during visits. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between bookings.
