This spot is 50+ acres of open fields and forest, non-residential, with a mountain stream along the western border, and a 1/4 acre farm pond. There are no pets or livestock on the property, so if your dog likes to run free and fast, this is the place for adventure. There are some trails through the woods, seasonal berry picking, a water hydrant with public water, and shelters with an indoor bathroom if needed. The land also hosts our sawmill and lumber kiln as well as a mechanic shop leased to a friend, but most of the land is open for exploration. There is a gravel/dirt road that loops around the property, but is not recommended for low clearance vehicles. Plenty of parking anywhere along the loop. Squirrels and wild rabbits to chase!

Conveniently located near the Bristol Motor Speadway in a quiet neighborhood, bring your dogs to Pit Stop Pups to get their zoomies out in a fully fenced 1 acre play area. All the free sticks your doggies can find! While you're here, watch for the neighborhood deer that visit regularly while relaxing on the partially wooded area lot. Amazing sunsets.

This is a big space that has both A large gravel drive and tall grass/plants in the very back. All for your pup to run around in! There is an additional space that is mostly grass and also fully fenced and separate from the other space if needed. There is a wooden and black gate you will approach upon arrival. Drive to the inside of the gate to park. You’ll then close and lock the gate (before your pup gets out of the car). You’ll be given a lock code after reserving the space. Any dirty poo bags can be left by the gate entrance (on the inside) for us to dispose of after.

This is a lovely enclosed, half acre lot,brand new 6 foot,wooden privacy fence, and 4 foot chain link fence, around all property. A Mobile home, with 50 foot front porch, porch chairs and table and gated,is also for your usage. Doggy bowls provided, toys, and treats too! ‘Howl’ ya doing? We are paw-sitively certain you’ll have a ‘ball’ at our SniffSpot. Throw your car in ‘bark’ and let your pups enjoy our safe, fully enclosed, mowed acre. We guarantee you and your furry friends will have a great time. Please note there are chickens in an enclosed area of our property, they are fenced safely to keep any dog out.

Currently the only things available are access to two water spigots and a short water hose inside the fenced in area. There is also a hammock stand if you would like to bring your own hammock for lounging or you can sit on the front porch. You are welcome to use the back yard as well, but it is not fenced in. Please be mindful of some small gaps under the fence in the front yard as well. If you have a dog that is an escape artist this might not be the best Sniffspot for you all. 🐾 Parking is available on the left side of the house and behind the house. Please do not park on the gravel to the right side of the fence - That is a shared drive way with my neighbors. I'm so excited to get started! If you have any questions, just let me know. 🙂

Nice fenced in back yard with enough room for plenty of running and playing. Will have a kiddy pool set up for swimming and cooling off, hose, deck for lounging. There is also a covered porch for the owners to relax with electrical outlets outside as well. Water bowls as well.

If your pup is playful, there are plenty amenities and lots of toys to choose from. If your pup isn't and just wants to chill, there is a coolaroo dog bed to rest on. Next to the deckbox of toys, is a small beverage cart and storage with beverages hot (tea, apple cider, cocoa) and cold (bottled water) to enjoy. This is a 100 year old Victorian that we live in part of the year and rent as a vacation rental other parts. We love dogs, have 3 large ones of our own and are an extremely dog friendly rental so it makes sense to let others use it when it’s available. It is a fully fenced backyard at a residential home. It is available when not rented or when we are not in residence.
