There is also a barn (vacant of animals) that you can check out - lots of good smells! We'll have treats, toys, poop bags and other necessities stocked in the barn for your use. There are hurdles available for additional agility and fun.

About 65 acres is walkable and we have trails throughout. We are learning as we go, and hope to provide you and your dogs a fun day. If you have any question feel free to ask. And remember, we love dogs just as much as you do. There are a few important points we'd like you to consider. We like to meet our new guests for the first time. This gives us a chance to get to know you better and also put friendly faces to us, the hosts. We want you to feel welcome and know that we care about your dogs. We have several trails that split out to other trails. There will be signs to help you navigate through them, and some suggestions that will help you keep track of remaining time. In the colder months, running water will not be provided. We will also reserve the right to cancel the appointment if we get heavy snow squalls. Our plan is to keep the trails plowed, but in the event of a snow storm, it may take us a few days to get the trails plowed. In general, we will not be open past dusk, unless you specifically ask us and are aware of the risks of walking in the dark. I always walk my dogs on winter nights. Just carry some sort of flashlight. We currently have an electric gate that can only be opened by us at the gate, and not remotely. When a guest arrives, we will be there to open the gate for you, close it once you're in, and open it again upon your departure. Lastly a note about safety. Safety is important to us, but please note that you are entering nature. Our spot is home to many small animals, including porcupines. If your dogs are into porcupines, I would stay cautious of your pets entering the dense bush and recommend they stick to the trails instead. The probability of spotting a porcupine though is very low. Other animals will simply not bother human visitors and their dog companions. You may spot a deer or two if you're lucky that day. Deer are mostly friendly, but I would suggest keeping your distance if you spot a buck. However, they typically flee when they spot you. In all my years spotting buck, I've never seen one charge at anyone. Still, be safe. Although very rare, you many spot a coyote. Once again, they generally don't bother humans. If you spot one, keep your dogs close. Coyotes don't like confrontations with humans, so your dogs will be safe if by your side.

Wildlife friends can be spotted deer, raccoons, wild turkey, grouse, large variety of birds, frogs, toads, snakes, fish, ducks, geese, etc.., swamp in the back of property to swim in, run on the long grass and explore. Large clean spring feed swimming pond with different depths for the brave and not so brave. Separate from an house parking area with access to a hose, dog bags, garbage, pooper scooper, sitting area. However, the fencing is a mix of 50% horse board-style fencing with 50% cattle panel type fencing along the roads at the front and along both sides of the property. Horse farms are on either side of the property and the horses to the south will come up to the fence and are very curious. The back of the property is open forest with board fencing as well. Lots of room for you and your dog(s) to run and play. Approximately 20 acres of open fields. No muddy areas and fields are well drained and dry. As an added bonus… The property goes all the way back to the tree line and the hill… They didn’t have an amenity for a toboggan hill, but if you’re bringing kids or feel like a kid, that’s available of course. 😇😇

We offer a laid-back, luxury, resort-like setting; open field, lots of grass meadows, xl in-ground, concrete, dog-friendly pool (seasonal-Opens May 20th), huge fenced pool deck with lots of natural parkour levels, fenced tennis court, indoor washroom in the poolside cabana house, large outdoor fire-pit etc etc with loads of room for both dogs and their people. Two people and one dog are included in this price point and everyone is welcome in the pool! We use skimmer basket socks and an upgraded filtration system in order to be able to offer this one of a kind experience! Extra people and pets are welcome for extra fees. Please book accordingly. We also offer curated snacks and cold beverages at a cost. Please review extras. Our property is almost fully fenced, with partially fenced areas for both big and small dogs in mind. We provide a water hose and bucket for dog’s drinking. We have several lux seating areas for you and tennis, basketball and lawn games (upon request) to keep you and the kids busy. For the dogs we have all sorts of fun activities; natural parkour around the pool deck and lots of areas to keep them interested! There is a pooper scooper. We compost waste so no bags needed. Just scoop and put into the provided bucket. Unlimited on-site parking.

There are forest trails and trails around our hay fields. **Please note **Our residential areas are off limits, please stick to the trails and blue markers. Please do not enter any of the buildings on our property. When you come up the driveway veer to the right, there is a marked parking spot for you and your pup. Fall, winter and early spring are great months for ball chasers as we have big open fields. Mid spring and summer we have hay growing and ask you and your pups to follow the trails around the hay fields. There are a couple of cows on the neighboring property, this is only for a very small portion on one of the fields.
