Wonderful spot! Easy enough to find if you download maps/follow hosts instructions. Fence was secure all around, lots of seating options, an umbrella for shade, a few toy options, and even some water in case you forget some! My pup loved it and it was the perfect amount of space to run and also get some training opportunities in. Will definitely be back :)

Fabulous facility! Huge fenced field for sniffing explorations or romping runs! Leash walks in town are fine for day to day but my dogs also need to RUN and explore on their own. They get excited as soon as we make the turn 1/2 mile before the farm. Dawn is a thoughtful hostess providing comfy chairs, water and a selection of clean toys.

Chaco and I had the BEST time!! It made my heart so happy to see him run off leash in such a picturesque, clean fun location. He found a favorite toy (provided at location) he loved playing with. There were animal noises all around which was so good for him to experience at a safe distance and he was worn out when we left! Highly suggest! I can’t say enough great things about the safety, cleanliness, toys, water, seating, etc provided. Just what I was looking for.

Beautiful large field with lots of land and a secure fence. There were multiple seating areas, toys, bags, and water and bowls. My dog had a great time and did not want to leave!

Incredible spot! Easy for my reactive dog, no issues with host or neighbor dogs whatsoever. We even got some agility training in! My husky mix jumps fences, this wasn’t possible for her at this spot. Lots of amenities! Shade, shed, toys, water, chairs, etc. Well worth the rental! Thank you, Dawn!

We had the best time! We drove from Roanoke and it was super easy to find and scenic! The host thought of everything from toys to water and having bins to place used items to clean! I grabbed a bunch of business cards they were incredibly helpful! I hope to be back soon! My dogs are tired and loved it! If you have a dog smaller than 30 pounds just watch the gate gaps or place a chair in front of it. Otherwise super secure for little ones!

The fencing was great! Enough to keep my big guy (72 pounds) in. He’s a runner, not a digger, so this fence was perfect for him. I appreciated the shelter, seating and the clean dog bowls (water provided) and toys. I did not use the facilities, but it was nice to know it was there. We’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful property & fenced field! Safe entry with a fenced holding area and a (for human use) porta-potty. Nice extras such as a dog-shed with water & bowls, poopy bags and toys. Several chairs for relaxing while watching our babies RUN!! A great moment for my dog to let loose and be a dog!!

10/10 best Sniffspot I have been to so far. Dawn has TONS of amenities that she offers for the dogs and the humans too (extra toys, seating, shade, water bowls and trash). The field is securely fenced, even for mild escape artists. Will absolutely be back often!

Our first sniff spot and the dogs loved it! Wide open for them to run with a very secure fence. Even saw some cute cows in the distance. We’ll definitely be back!

Lovely, big grassy field, fully and securely fenced. There were toys to play with, which Elvin particularly enjoyed, and water jugs and bowls provided. Plus a bin to place used toys and bowls in when we finished. A little shed with supplies and seats in case of weather, and some comfy chairs outside to sit in too. Miles (cattle dog) enjoyed sniffing freely, rolling in the grass, and, of course, gazing intently at the neighboring cattle. Perfect site to play and unwind from hours of driving, trialing, and hoteling. Thank you! One thing to note: I lost cell signal on my way out, which made navigating a challenge. Maybe download a map or make note of how you got there on your way in, just in case!

Wide open, quiet and fenced-in field with thoughtful accompaniments for both dogs and their owners! Definitely worth a visit if you have a buddy who enjoys long-range fetch, frisbee, or sniffing/exploring around. It was beautiful during the fall. Very much recommended.

Nice spot :) you could hear and see owners pups but that is mentioned in profile and there is a fair amount of space between the two seperate fenced in areas. Our girl loved chasing ball and running around the field!
