We had such a good time!!! The dogs enjoyed swimming, running, sniffing, swimming, running, exploring, you get the point! We had 7 dogs with us and the quietest ride home ever! 💜 There grounds are kept well and it has a “backyard” feel to it. Casey is amazingly easy to work with and very attentive! Looking forward to visiting again during the dog days of summer!

Had a lovely time :) as always Side note: not the owners fault at all but wanted to mention that a woman pulled up and let her dog off leash run off into the field towards my dogs. It was a friendly dog thank goodness.

Today was our second visit and the last for my 15yr old pup. I chose Meadow Farm because there really wasn't a better place for my sweet boy to roam before the Rainbow Bridge Saturday. We spent two hours together walking along the lake and the weather was perfect. I'm so grateful that Casey is sharing his beautiful and serene property with us and our pups.

Overall pretty great spot for your dog to swim and run! Grab a mat and picnic on the beautiful lawn with your family too and you’ll have a great day of fun. Pros: Clean and wide space with barely anyone around. Grass was mowed recently and lake was easily to access. We had everything we needed and this place is awesome for most weather - ample shade for the warm sunny days! Land is beautiful and we did not see any other domesticated animals around. Cons (but not really): Property boundary is not very clear on the bottom end, so a map may benefit some visitors. There’s a lot of vegetation and mud near the ends of the lake, so it will get your dogs more muddy. The property is beside a road (it is hard to get to and quite safe for the dogs!) but you may see a person/car or two in the distance. We were ok with this!

Great spot for all dogs. Teddy thoroughly enjoyed his swim, and Oliver kept busy trying to get even with two birds that would not stop taunting him. Ari came along for the fun and made some progress with getting her feet wet. Though she never did muster the courage to go completely in. All-n-all, it was a great day and will definitely be going again!

The spot is beautiful and offers a lot of area to explore. It was a pit stop for us on a road trip, for my pup that is too nervous to go to a rest area. It was exactly what we needed. Very close to the highway, yet extremely quiet and removed from that noise.

Really beautiful spot! It was clean and spacious. There’s a peaceful tree-covered spot that leads to the dock. We hung out there the most. The farm animals weren’t out so we didn’t get to see them, but the dog we brought had a great time smelling that area.

The dogs loved it. I was a bit confused upon arrival. A gentleman came out of the house and didn’t know why we were there. I showed him the confirmation, and he was still confused. I contacted the owner, which he promptly replied to, and we were able to enjoy the area. The area is very beautiful and clean, with lots of smells for the dogs to sniff. We will be back.

Awesome sniff spot! Our boys had a blast running around the property and my lab mix LOVED the pond. There was a cute little bench that we were able to sit at… would be so cute for a sniff spot picnic! Owners were very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!!

We had a blast here!! Lots of fenced areas, a lake with a dock, and the property is secluded enough that I felt comfortable letting my dog off leash in the unfenced areas— great for recall and off leash training. My girl had so much fun playing fetch in the lake.

Amazing spot! So much open space for your pet to roam. My pet loved getting access to water for swimming. Pretty view on the water. I will certainly be visiting this spot again!

It is a beautiful place. And has much to sniff. We arrived and I took a peek around to get my bearings. Pond ✅ Dock ✅ this must be the place! My 10 month old Pudelpointer took a nice adventure walk and run and swim. Perfect in every way. I’d love to get access to some tall grass. I am raising a bird dog and appreciate access to your spot!

This spot is super. Beautiful. Safe. My Young pup loves it. A birddog in the making. She retrieved ice and went for a swim. Yep she a Versatile Dog. This place always exposes the true nature of my pup. Sniff Spot it was … Sniffs Spots … first she found the fish and then ate the fish then was sure to rub all over the place she found it. She couldn’t be happier. So good she went in for more. A nice muck covered dog for the ride home. Yes, these are 5 star experiences. Most wont have a dog who would dare go through the thicket to the muck but I do. Stinky but spectacular for versatile dogs like mine who learn how to be brave one new day at a time.

Excellent spot, we walked around the pond and the dogs ran through the field. We saw a beautiful heron. Dogs enjoyed running free, some good sticks to play fetch with and a picnic table to relax. Definitely worth the short drive from Richmond
