I was greeted by the male owner. He was very nice and informative about the property. It was very hot that morning and they offered free cold drinks. He also had bug spray available for me and my dogs which is 100% necessary to enjoy the trails. The trails are very nice. We will definitely be back in the fall

If you have never tried this spot, please bundle up (if you go early in the morning like we do) and give it a go, especially with the discounted price! If your dog likes plenty of space to run, play ball, catch disks, Penny’s Place has everything you need and is a premier spot in the urban region of Norfolk. We are never disappointed.

Gorgeous GIGANTIC yard with ample space to run and play. We loved the long rectangle layout of the yard and how clean it was. The house is easy to find and we felt so welcomed by the thoughtful accommodations left out for us. Our little guys went home with a sweet note and bag of treats addressed to us, completely exhausted from getting their zoomies out. I am so happy to have been able to spoil our two apartment dogs taking them to Penny’s place.

This spot was perfect. Ton of space, the longest yard I’ve probably ever seen! We brought our own ball, etc. but they have everything you need. The privacy fence was a godsend for my reactive shepherd. We will definitely be back (and we have to go across the tunnel to get there-WORTH IT!)

My pups absolutely loved this yard. It is HUGE and they provided toys and my girls went nuts. 30 minutes in and I had 2 exhausted (usually high energy) pups and they slept the rest of the day! I will 100% be booking this beautiful yard again very soon!

Very secure fence, well maintained yard, and so much space for my pup to run. Water bowl available and filled, chuck-it balls with a thrower, several other toys, and places for me to sit. Poop bags are also available with a garbage nearby. They’ve thought of everything! Will absolutely be back again, my pup thoroughly enjoyed himself.

We loved this spot being so convenient to where we're visiting. Solid fence, relatively quiet so my reactive dog actually focused on running around instead of flipping out over other dogs, definitely a great yard if your dog loves to play fetch (with a stock of balls to match). This was my first time using Sniffspot and I can not believe I have not heard of this sooner!!! Anne's place was perfect. I wish you could do 30 minutes instead as my dog is a Frenchie and there's no way he's going to play for an hour before having a heatstroke LOL. But he was ready to go within 10 minutes. I understand that probably wouldn't really be worth it though. I will definitely be bringing him again! Their yard is huge and they have all kinds of tennis balls and toys
