If I could give Alyssa‘s place 10 stars I would! Such a beautiful well-kept yard with everything a dog could want! She has a baby pool, multiple sprinklers, toys, and bubbles! She left me an ice cold bottle of water which was such a wonderful surprise. There was also bug spray which was helpful. I will be back many many times!

Opal had so much fun running around Alyssa's backyard! Plenty of space for her to stretch her legs, and Alyssa provides all the toys and amenities a dog could want.

Nice sized yard with lots of shade and amenities! Plenty of green grass to roll around in or to chase a toy. The dogs next door were present, but they weren't obnoxious or relentless the way some neighborhood dogs are. My dog sniffed through the fence a bit and then wandered off. It's a very nice neighborhood with large, mature trees.

The yard was the perfect amount of sun and shade with lots of grass. One of my dogs is reactive and I've been working with him on it. One of the neighbors dog came out and said hello through the gate. At first my dog had his normal aggressive greeting. However, the fence was the perfect barrier to work with him on. By the end of our time, he was chasing the other dog with happy body language as they ran back and forth on their respective sides of the fence. Will definitely be back.

What an awesome spot for my fluffer to sniff! So many new sights and smells for him to explore! It’s spacious for those who want to play fetch or bring multiple dogs, but cozy enough to just sit and relax with my pup in the sunshine (or shade😉). There’s lots of toys to choose from, and treats for my dog (I so appreciated that because I ran out), even extra pop bags for “just in case”. Alyssa provided a fresh, clean, cold bowl of water; and bottles of water for me! Beautiful, comfy deck with chairs and a couch; and Adirondack chairs by the fire pit. Her lawn clean is well maintained; my dog enjoyed lying in the cool grass to relax. What a great location, quiet neighborhood, and fully fenced. I felt my dog was completely safe to be himself. Bear & I will most definitely be back!

Alyssa’s yard was an urban oasis. There is a nice green lawn, but also has trees and other areas that our two pups loved sniffing around. The dogs also loved the splash pad for cooling off in. We found plenty of dog toys stored in a container for our use, along with the essentials (water and waste bags). We will definitely book again, it was a lovely experience!

Will definitely be coming back! Fully enclosed fencing with plenty of space for your pup to run and play. The neighbors do have dogs that might be out in their own yard, but they’re super friendly & will do nothing but help your pup get a little extra energy out. Would recommend this spot all day long! Me & my girl loved it!

55I would give Alyssa's Sniff Spot 10 stars if I could! It was perfect for my active, learning-to-be-less-reactive rescue dog. There is plenty of grass where I live and she has a 40 foot lead, but there's nothing like a safe, off-leash experience for an active doggo! The yard has lots of tree shade, areas without shade, a glider bench with Mom (me) looooved, and so many different kinds of areas to sniff! It's so great that most of the fence doesn't allow the guest dog to see into the neighbor's yard. The neighbor's 2 dogs were out (they seemed to be a chocolate and golden lab, and they peered interestedly through teeny gaps between fence boards but never barked once, even when I said hi to them a few times (they seemed very sweet). This was great for my girlie, b/c I was able to work with her on relaxing in the presence of those dogs even though she is working on her territorial reactivity. Alyssa has thought of everything - when we entered, there was a picnic table with a lovely cloth, fresh ice water in a bottle with a glass stopper, glasses, and a candle - plus a clean, folded towel in case your doggo wanted to have some hose fun. Talk about welcoming! And of course there was a HUGE bowl of fresh water for the doggos. I also really appreciate Alyssa's prompt and friendly communication. I didn't decide to look for a Sniff Spot until last evening, and she responded to a question I had even last night! My happy doggo is currently sacked out after a super-fun morning - the true sign of a successful sniffariEllen L.
