We will try to always leave a towel and some little treats up on the deck, so you’re more than welcome to help yourself to anything up there! Secluded 6 acres of yard surrounded by several more acres of woods. The yard it’s self is flat wide open space. There are little trails in the woods near the back area of the yard to explore with your pup! The back deck has seating that anyone is welcomed to use. There is a fire-pit area in the backyard that could be used if discussed with host. Sometimes there is small wildlife spotted in the yard and woods. We do have one pup who absolutely loves her yard but we wanted to share the love with other pups! We will keep our pup inside or out of the house when puppy guests are here!

Enjoy our secluded dog pasture located on a dead end out in Beaverdam. As you enter the gravel driveway, you will see designated parking alongside a shaded shed. Just a short walk away is the entrance to a fully fenced doggie pasture. We will have camp style chairs inside under a shade sail for your use as well as a garden hose and drinking bowl (for the dogs only preferred).There are covered dog shelters so your pooch can have some shade. Doo doo bags and trash can are nearby for cleaning up. The area is far removed from the street We are easily reached should you have any issues at all and the area has security cameras for safety. We do not have any outside pets that will interfere with your visit. A burn barrel and wood is available for visits in the cooler months. Take a ride through the county and enjoy our clean and pesticide/fertilizer free pasture!

Also, there is a picnic table that can be used as well as a swing. You’ll notice that there is a pond in the backyard where your dog can play. Enjoy your time at the Meadow Farm dog park. Welcome to the World’s Largest Sniffspot (Confirmed). There’s all kinds of areas to let your dog sniff and romp around! Upon arrival you may romp around in any field as far as your eyes can see. We just harvested corn September 2024 and the land is wide open and crop free until spring! There’s google earth maps showing property lines in yellow in the pictures. Awesome fully fenced back yard on over half an acre in scenic Culpeper Va! Very clean, safe area for dogs of all sizes to get their energy out. The fence is 4 ft feet and features metal grate between fence posts for added protection and security for your pup. Users will have access to the deck area and screened in porch. Deck has a table you are welcome to eat and sit at. The screened in area features a sectional couch and overhead fan. Please note dogs are not allowed in the screened in area of the porch. Each guest will receive complimentary drinks and snacks. For the dogs, you will have everything you need. We offer a spot for you to get water for your dog, various dog toys, dog waste bags and scoopers. Please reach out with any questions or if you need reasonable accommodations! We are happy to help 🙂

Saturday/Sunday mornings 8:30 am - 11 am We plan to stay open this winter but will be closed during inclement weather and if the ground is wet to protect our lawn and prevent muddy spots. Hot drinks (tea and hot chocolate) come standard with visits on days below 45 degrees. Stay warm! Hi! I'm Alyssa, a rescue dog owner with a ~1/3 acre yard perfect for your dog to enjoy! We have a mix of gardens, grass, mulch, and leaf areas great for sniffing and playing fetch and a bin full of fun toys and treats. We have a special basket of small dog toys upon request. We provide cold water for humans, bug spray, and hand sanitizer. We spray our yard every 5 weeks with a natural oil mix to help reduce mosquitos, fleas, and ticks. Reactive dog owners should note that our neighbors on both sides have dogs that may or may not be outside during your visit. They are all friendly but will probably bark to say hello or run the fenceline with your dog. (No dogs live in the yard with the chain link which is newly covered). I recommend leaving your dog on a leash to walk the yard perimeter and ensure they're ok with neighbors' dogs. We provide a bucket of extra treats to help with training and distraction. Our girl loves a "sniffari" where you hide treats around the yard to sniff out. ⭐️ Important notes ⭐️ 🐶 All dogs must be FULLY vaccinated (Rabies, Parvo, Bordetella, DHPP, Lepto encouraged) Please do not book unless you are sure your dog has all their shots. Puppies less than 4 months old that are still building up vaccines should stay at home. 🐕‍🦺 Dogs MUST be leashed when entering and exiting the yard. Our neighbor across the street has a few outdoor cats we want to keep safe and our neighbors walk their dogs on the street. 🍃 Please do not let your dog eat or chew any of the plants in the yard. No excessive digging. 🌻 Please do not enter the gated garden area on the other side of the house.
