We are on 10 acres and would love to share our yard with you. Beautiful Mountain View’s amongst grape vines with gravel pathways. On the interior portion of the park is a dirtbike track with a more rugged terrain and incline walking. Definitely more weeds, but if you are looking for a more off road feeling this is another option aside from the full pathway around the perimeter of the dirtbike track. This time of year the grapevines are a beautiful with lots of beautiful green foliage. We do also have a cool off spot in the front of the house under a very large old pine tree with roses to smell while your dog has their belly on the cool green grass by their water bowl in the shade. Where your new morning or afternoon ritual begins. Please note: Pool is an ‘extra’ charge. You can add this item as an extra while adding this spot to your cart. Not included in base charge. **NOVEMBER 2024 UPDATE: Our fields are now brown & dry but we keep them mowed. Please be aware of this before booking (it is not lush, soft green grass anymore). **RENOVATIONS AT NEIGHBOR'S HOUSE: Our neighbor is undergoing house & yard renovations so it can be noisier than usual out here. Feel free to message me first if you want to try to work around their schedule for your visit and I will do my best to accommodate. Additionally, guests can enjoy the adjacent hillside which is partially-fenced. You are welcome to enjoy this off-leash or, if you're more comfortable, take a little stroll through the grass. Our property is pretty much full sun. If you visit midday/afternoon, be prepared for heat as the weather warms up. We have planted some trees but they are still quite small.

There are farm animals, the sounds of wild birds everywhere, we are friendly and love to say hi. Welcome to our private ranch-style dog park, a spacious haven designed for your furry friend to roam and explore. The park features a fully gated area, ensuring a safe environment, though there’s a small section of the gate with minor damage. The expansive open space offers plenty of room for your dog to run and sniff to their heart’s content, with gophers, rabbits, and squirrels providing plenty of natural entertainment. While there are no other animals on the property, our peaceful neighbors include a herd of sheep, and the adjacent lot boasts a large, empty barn. You’ll find some grassy patches, and during the winter, the park transforms into a lush, green paradise. Feel free to bring your own seating, though we’re working on adding a bench and table to enhance your comfort. We can’t wait to welcome you and your dog for a fun-filled visit!

Hello! We’re just getting started hosting with Sniffspot and are excited to host you! Please let us know what we can do to improve the space. A past guest let us know we needed better signage, so we got a bright blue sign printed and hung it on the fenced area. Another guest mistook the community garden (incompletely fenced) for the play area (completely fenced). If you see vegetables, the area is not completely fenced! You're welcome to explore, just be respectful of the gardeners and plants please. The avocado tree overhanging the play area is dropping fruit right now, so if your dog likes to eat random stuff on the ground please be careful! The play area is tucked between St Stephen’s in-the-Field Episcopal Church and the left hand fence (turn from Santa Teresa Blvd onto Avenida España, then take the first right and head to the back). There are two churches on the lot, ours is at the back, with ample off street parking and lots of gardens to explore, in addition to the enclosed play space. Feel free to message with any questions!

So I honestly know how hard it is to find a place that is comfy for you and your pups. I have a GIANT backyard where you and your pup can stretch your legs! 🩷🩵 Relax in a shaded area and enjoy your time with one another. I do have a table in case you want to set your things down. I promise I'll eventually move it into the shaded area. I know my spot isn't as extravagant as other lovely spots I've seen but I actually feel safe and calm here. So! If you have any questions please feel free to ask!! 😄

We would love to have you and your pup at our doggie space in SF! Come visit our indoor play place perfect for small dogs as well as our fully fenced outdoor doggie turf play area in San Francisco! We are located at 2121 Taraval St. between 32nd and 33rd st. We also have easy street parking. We have a 3 dog maximum, or one "dog family" maximum, for private 1 hour bookings. We offer hosted Birthday Parties and other events, with a Top Dog SF Team Member, for $300 per event, for a minimum of 2 hours. Non-Top Dog SF hosted dog party and private space rentals are $65 an hour with a minimum of four hours = $260. This allows you enough time for you to set up, have a two hour dog party and then clean up after your event. Please be sure to lock up the front door while you are using the space and when you leave.
