We have a little peace of heaven here in the Shenandoah Valley! We’re just minutes from Interstate 66 & 81. We are also offering many amenities such as cold water for you and your dog! A dog pool, plenty of chairs located sporadically in the shade and one in the middle with an umbrella for shade! We have even put a hammock out there if you want to relax while your dog gets his/her energy out! We have also provided toys, costumes for dress up, light treats and we have a water source for cleaning off the paws as well as towels to dry your pooch before getting back in the car! The private dog park is 100% fenced in and while you’re here our dogs will be in the house so they are not a distraction. All you need to bring is your dog and yourself and you’re sure to have a great time! The proceeds from this Sniffspot will go to our Nonprofit Animal Rescue, Maci Blue Animal Rescue! Brand new fence! Officially opened! Located off of a quiet road by the Sky Meadows State Park entrance. We live on the property with our two rescue dogs (but they will be kept away and inside the house during your visit). Our property has a brand new fence (wood paddock style with reinforced cattle wire mesh) that we would like to share with people and their dogs who need some exercise. Welcome to Greek Lake Acres! We are located in Stephens City and we have 23 acres in total. About 5 acres are open grassy fields with an acre sized pond for swimming in the middle, surrounded by woods, complete with a few trails. Feel free to message me after booking for directions- GPS can sometimes try to take you through Lake Fredrick and you can NOT get to us from there. (Google GPS works best to find us) The lake is "swim at your own risk" as we do not have a life guard on duty. The water edge slopes so you can come out with ease. There is NO FISHING permitted in the pond. Again, there is no lifeguard on duty, dogs swim at the responsibility/risk of their owner. Picnic tables are available near the waters edge and also in the trees next to the pond for shade. On the picnic table we have some floating toys for retrieving and also some sanitary bags if you need any. We are pesticide and fertilizer free, so please make sure you have tick/flea preventative because ticks love the woods! We are not fenced in, so recall is very important. The neighbors do have dogs, some wander so friendliness is important. We have chickens who live in their coop, who will remain safe in their coop during your visit. The property does have an abundance of wild life, including but not limited to deer, turkey, geese, ducks, squirrels and fox, but they do not stay around humans or dogs. Parking is on the lake side driveway near the green sign (see photos) Please note we are often outside enjoying our property as well. If you look at the photos, we typically stay in the “red X” area. If we have guests, our dogs are secured in the house. We can’t wait to see you! Awesome fully fenced back yard on over half an acre in scenic Culpeper Va! Very clean, safe area for dogs of all sizes to get their energy out. The fence is 4 ft feet and features metal grate between fence posts for added protection and security for your pup. Users will have access to the deck area and screened in porch. Deck has a table you are welcome to eat and sit at. The screened in area features a sectional couch and overhead fan. Please note dogs are not allowed in the screened in area of the porch. Each guest will receive complimentary drinks and snacks. For the dogs, you will have everything you need. This is 1 acre of rolling grassy landscape boarded by sparse trees. Mostly sun, however, some shade at tree lines. Parking space is pictured and you walk behind the house past the shed and chicken coop to access the yard. The space is open for use beyond the pool. This area is not fenced. We are located close to highway 29, this is a great spot to break up a traveling trip and let your dog get some energy out!

Our 11 acre farm is 1/3 mile down an easement off of a quiet road. We have about 2 acres fenced in as a yard for the pups, and also to keep the cows in their pastures. Entrance to the yard is through a gate next to the driveway near the garage. Appointments only please so that we confirm and can put our friendly pups away - unless you would like playtime, and we are sure the dogs get along. We ask that only fully vaccinated and healthy dogs (not recovering or suffering from a transmittable illness) visit our property, as it’s our home.

On the property their are goats and chickens for your entertainment, however they are safely fenced behind a 6 foot fence in their own play area. A large play structure with swings, a ninja rope course and tether ball are all available for use while enjoying the property. Be sure to check out the pond out in the front East corner. Fish food is provided so you can feed the fish and see the pond come alive. Campfires with S’mores are available with a reservation and added fee.
