This was such a fun place to hang out! The property was well maintained, it was fully fenced, and had tons of room to run and play! The host provided toys, water and a chair. The pups and I first walked the perimeter of the yard, and then grabbed our own favorite toys and played. The dogs had a good number of zoomies, games of “chase me” and they thoroughly enjoyed rolling in the grass. We did see the host, who offered a big smile and a wave, and even saw him walking his own pups outside of the fenced area. They were well behaved, and didn’t seem to worry about us being there. Of course it was my dog that barked, for the sake of barking. Ha! Would love to come back soon!

We had a great time and definitely will be back! Nicely fenced in and open for the dogs to run free. There was a nice big water bowl and toys for the dogs to use. Briefly met Sam who kept in touch, much appreciated! Can’t wait to come back:)

What an amazing sniffspot!!! Sam’s yard is absolutely heaven. The directions were easy to follow, the yard is beautifully maintained and so clean. The yard is also HUGE and the fencing is super secure. My dog had the time of his life running around and playing fetch. This spot is worth every penny!

The grass was lush and the pups loved it. The slight hill gave them a work out and got them tired quickly. They had such a great time exploring the grounds. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful yard and generous hosts. I loved that my dog could play off-leash in the yard, and then we could walk the perimeter of the unfenced area with him on leash. Such a fun day! He slept the whole way home.

This was a huge totally fenced and beautiful yard for my pups to run around!! They loved running up and down the hill and smelling along the edges. More than enough room to throw a ball :)

Lady had a great time running around! Yard was clean and large. My husband had to tie the front gate shut with his sweatshirt because it blew open and we need fully fenced for our girl but the owners mentioned they will be replacing the motor on the gate so that it will remained closed. Just something to keep an eye on so your dog stays safe! We appreciated the dog and human treats and the chairs/water bowls!

A great *huge* yard. The gate is around the full property and not just in the back yard. I did get an update that they have gotten something to hold the fence closed up front so the entire area can be fenced in. The backyard area has some wooded areas for the pups to explore in addition to a ton of open space to play fetch. A lovely yard with a great deal of land for the pups.

We had an incredible time! The host was so sweet to leave out water dishes, human & pup treats, and extra poop bags. The yard was just immaculate. Neatly manicured, clear of any debris underfoot, and completely securely fenced. We saw and heard no other dogs or people. The back of the property is beautifully wooded for sniffing! Host had clear directions on how to enter and secure the front gate, and the property was breathtaking. I found myself running barefoot with the pups the whole time! We will definitely be booking again.

This property was amazing! Bowie spent half the time sprinting around the huge yard and the other half enjoying all of the smells by the wooded areas. The property was clean and well managed. We will definitely be coming back!

Really gorgeous yard, tons of space. My dog loved it. There are people coming and going out the front which is accessible to dogs in the space. No one was close enough for my dog to care or investigate, but definitely keep your dog to the backyard behind the house and keep an eye on them if they are reactive.

The yard was exactly as described. The fence was secure and I felt safe with my dog visiting! The host left treats for both humans and dogs. The closure on the gate is perfect if you pull it tight. It was so nice to let my dog run freely in such a large area!

I was so excited to book a last minute spot on a snow day to let my GSD enjoy some fun in the snow! This is our 2nd time here and it was another great time! So much space to run and play and the driveway was even shoveled nicely for our arrival. Maria is a fantastic host and even left us a goodie bag and extra poop bags on the chairs in the backyard.
