A small Jon boat with paddle for a pup water tour of the pond. A selection of different size life Jackets for pups and humans. A bulletin board with a sample display of a Blue Green Algae test kit that can be purchased on Amazon’s. An area next to it where guests who do the tests can post the day, time and results for other pup owners to see. An array of pup towels to dry off with and a drying line. A Muddy Paw Spa wash station b4 they get back in the car, multiple large shaded sitting areas. A 10’x 10’ sand filled dig box for the pups who just have a need to dig. A “Tug of War”spring loaded grab bar for pups who like a good tug of war. Multiple pup fresh water dispensers, with bowls for them. Multiple Doggie Poop Depots with poop bag dispensers so for your convenience, no need to carry that around while you explore the 15 acres. ( Fair Warning.. very low tolerance for a guest who does not pick up after their pup) Two wooded trails areas that we have just begun to develop for the wild side areas to explore. A Large professional Obstacle Course with most of the obstacles course pieces seen on U-Tube. Toy stations with a large variety of toys to select from (Please be considerate for the next guest, return them back to the station after use). This 15+ acres of hay field is mostly fenced, with an opening at the top. If you choose, there is a path along the outside that leads to a creek(unfenced) to the right at the field. There are dogs at the front of the property, which are fenced in. There is possibility of hearing barking from them or neighbors. I teach dog training at the red barn, you may come to parking lot of cars. Dogs will always be leashed and under control and typically away from the parking lot. Finally after a long recovery from surgery we were able to use this again and we were so happy to be back. This is such a wonderful SniffSpot, it was a hot day so we spent most of our time under the trees and around the creek. My, what a lovely Sunday morning! Diego had a fantastic time! The property has a creek and lots of places to throw the ball, perfect for our Labrador who loves to play fetch and go in the water. They provide poop bags and have a few trash cans throughout the property to throw it away, which is nice! They also provide a clean port-a-potty. The property was well maintained and has beautiful views. I will return for sure!

We love this spot! Our whole little family usually comes along for a nice walk. We are outdoor people so if mud and dirt doesn't bother you, you'll love it too. The creek that runs through the property is great for our pups to stay hydrated while they are running around having fun. All of the chopped timber around the trails make for great throwing sticks for them to chase as well. We will continue to be back, it's fun to see the progress of the land under development too.

Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot hiking trail at the same time as me?

Sniffspot only allows one booking at a time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the spot during visits. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between bookings.
