There is no way they can physically interact with your dog through the fence, but control of your dog must be your priority while walking to and from our property. We live in a suburb with close neighbors whom often enjoy their outdoor space in good weather. Penny’s Place is exactly what you want to make of it! Nearly one acre of fully fenced space where you can run, sunbathe, sniff the few trees, play with the hose and kiddie pool, whatever your pup’s heart desires! We do our best to refund our guests when unforeseen circumstances arise, derailing your reservation. Please try to give us notice, even if you are within the 2 hour window, so we can cancel your block. *if bad weather is highly anticipated in the area, please understand that we may not always approve a full refund if you cancel last minute HOURS: we close nightly at 10pm and reopen the following morning at 6 am.

Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. Welcome to Ghent on the Corner! Enjoy our 2,500 sq ft corner lot with a 4 ft white vinyl picket fence. Driveway parking for 2 cars. Enjoy shaded seating underneath our gazebo. Spray your dog with our hose or throw a ball around with your pup. My partner Abel Cortez and I host this spot, but you will not interact with us or our dogs when visiting. Recently got some trees cut down but we have a good space for a little doggie fun! I found that kids and dogs love the same things haha. Still working on a potty area near the fence entranc, as well as a rock border, but awesome place to chill and read a book while your dog runs around and explores. If your dog is friendly, would love to pet your pup! My middle is allergic so we will never be able to have a dog but we love them. I do have plants, so if your dog eats them, this may not be the yard for you. Have a sandbox with dirt for digging and a coaster for them to climb. There is a small opening under the deck, so if your dog is tiny, they may be curious to go under. I do use organic pet friendly weed killer sometimes but I try to keep the back as organic as possible.

I lost my dog 2 years ago. I fell deeply in love with dogs after I completed a dog program that was held in Oakland County. I recently lost my dog Pablo who was not only a dog but a family member. The love, patience, and understanding that I have for dogs are like no other. Knowing that I’m not fully healed from my lost I still the love the feeling that dogs brings. Fully fenced backyard on the Little Creek Reservoir in Virginia Beach. Total fenced area is 0.25 acres, with fence standing 3.5 feet tall. There is also a walking path that goes down to the lake behind my property. Looking forward to hosting you and your puppy! Please clean up after your pet and stay out of the sheds and garden. Feel free to use the chairs on the deck or the water bowl for your dog. Poop bags are provided free of charge and found underneath the garden hose.

Privacy fence on both sides with a 4-5ft chain link around it. Back of the yard is only chain link in case you have a jumper. The back of the yard is partially wooded but plenty of space to run and play. I am an owner of 4 dogs of which 3 go in the back the 4th is a rescue with high anxiety and gets walked. I do have dogs on both side of me. One side is quiet the other are hounds that will bark or howl. Currently there is an above ground pool not covered and no deck around it only steps. The steps will be removed soon and it will be closed for winter. Great running space for any dog that needs to stretch there legs.

*BACKYARD ONLY- FRONT YARD IS OFF LIMITS DUE TO GARDEN AREA* Access backyard by going through front yard, gate will be on the left of the house to access the back. Covered porch area in back with seating. Will have hand sanitizer and bug spray available. Poop bags will be available as well - please clean up after your dogs and throw bags away in garbage bin (by front gate of the house). Agility tunnel is available to use, may or may not be placed out already - if not it will be on the back porch. Dog toys will be available on the porch as well in a little bin. Outdoor kids play house will be available to use, but the trampoline is OFF LIMITS. please do not use the trampoline. Please do not allow dogs to dig. Dog wash station is free to use. Hose will be located on the side by the trampoline, the faucet to turn it on is in front of the house by the front door (there is a hose splitter - make sure the one to the back yard is switched on also). Please remember to turn off when you are done. Thank you! We will continue to add more things throughout the year!

I previously lived in an apartment with my two large rescue dogs and used Sniffspot weekly for my pups to get some exercise in a safe way. I’m so thankful to have a yard now to share with other pups! My dogs will always be secured inside when you’re here. Our backyard is fully fenced. Please relax under the shaded trees or on our porch while your pups run and play 🐾

Run, Jump, Splash or Relax Allow your pup(s) to stretch their legs with our large fenced in yard. We have an extra picket aluminum fence on, safe for the little companions to enjoy too. We have a newly built swimming pool with a splash pad and a covered patio, which offers plenty of shade. Our covered patio has two ceiling fans, a gas fireplace, comfy patio furniture for five, an outlet for charging phones or laptops, WiFi available, and misting fan available upon request. We also have treats available on the patio for your doggo. We do have two medium size dog canopies, a chilly pad, numerous water and retrieivng toys for stretching those legs and tiring out your companion. *Please be respectful and courteous as this is our home* *Do not allow your dog(s) to bark excessively or at our neighbors, this is our home. *NO glass or alcohol allowed on property *NO smoking of any type *Please clean up after yourself *Thoroughly brush your pup(s) prior to swimming as to reduce the amount of hair in the pool. Our pool equipment appreciates you. 😉
