Beautifully maintained lawn with fence all around it, plenty of space for my dog (only 4 months old) to run and roll. Bowls of fresh water put out. Place for people to sit. Poop bags and poop trash bin available. And no mosquitos! Thank you.

Great spot for my dogs to run. I appreciated the multiple bowls of fresh water left for them, along with hose access to more. There were toys available as well. The dogs really had a great time running! Thanks for sharing your spot!

We had the best time! Plenty of amenities and space. Lots of toys, water, tennis balls with ball launcher and comfort. Our puppy is worn out! We're looking forward to coming back!

Nice and quiet place with plenty of room to zoomie! The spot is easy to find and has enough space to park our cars. The host, Rob, pulled out his car for our convenience! He also sent us guidelines that helped us enjoy all the amenities: bug repellent, plenty of dog toys, clean water in two bowls, and large, clean bins! Our dogs enjoyed this spot and will love it even more when the weather gets colder! We will definitely come back in the near future!

This was our first time bringing 2 dogs to Rob's oasis. They had a good time, plenty of room to run and frolic. There are multiple large bowls with fresh water, poop bags, scoopers, tons of toys and more. This location is perfect for us. It's situated close to main roads but feels secluded and backs up to a golf course.

Churchill had a great time sniffing every corner of the lot before playing. Maybe that’s why it’s called “SniffSpot”.
