I live on about an acre of land. Quiet neighborhood! Fully fenced in yard. There is some grass but then also dirt as well! Plenty, plenty of shade as I have a lot of trees! I also have a screened in porch you and your pup are more than welcome to use which is pretty cool during the hot days with a fan! I will have a water bowl, pooper scooper and trash can available for use! There is a table and chairs in the screen porch as well and I have a pretty big deck for use too!

We have a mix of gardens, grass, mulch, and leaf areas great for sniffing and playing fetch and a bin full of fun toys and treats. We have a special basket of small dog toys upon request. We provide cold water for humans, bug spray, and hand sanitizer. We spray our yard every 5 weeks with a natural oil mix to help reduce mosquitos, fleas, and ticks. Reactive dog owners should note that our neighbors on both sides have dogs that may or may not be outside during your visit. They are all friendly but will probably bark to say hello or run the fenceline with your dog. (No dogs live in the yard with the chain link which is newly covered). I recommend leaving your dog on a leash to walk the yard perimeter and ensure they're ok with neighbors' dogs. We provide a bucket of extra treats to help with training and distraction. Our girl loves a "sniffari" where you hide treats around the yard to sniff out. ⭐️ Important notes ⭐️ 🐶 All dogs must be FULLY vaccinated (Rabies, Parvo, Bordetella, DHPP, Lepto encouraged) Please do not book unless you are sure your dog has all their shots. Puppies less than 4 months old that are still building up vaccines should stay at home. 🐕‍🦺 Dogs MUST be leashed when entering and exiting the yard. Our neighbor across the street has a few outdoor cats we want to keep safe and our neighbors walk their dogs on the street. 🍃 Please do not let your dog eat or chew any of the plants in the yard. No excessive digging. 🌻 Please do not enter the gated garden area on the other side of the house. It's partially fenced with plenty of room to park, throw Frisbees or just to let your pup get the zoomies out with out the distraction of other pets. Please come let your pups run around in our large Lakeside yard! Our 3 pups (sometimes 4 if we have a foster) love all the open space, so we hope yours will too. We will try to always leave a towel and some little treats up on the deck, so you’re more than welcome to help yourself to anything up there! There should be a basket of toys and baggies, so feel free to use any of it plus the pooper scoopers/hose etc.

Our dogs love running around freely in this large one acre spot. Please use the front yard, back yard, and side yard. Plenty of space to play fetch and relax quietly in the outdoors. The yard is not fenced in but we live on a quiet dead end street. You will have access to a water hose for your pups and can also sit on the patio furniture and relax while your dog explores.

When you see the address post it is the acreage behind that. The gravel road circles the 2 acre lot! I ask for non aggressive dogs for we do have some livestock and our chickens like to free range, and we have a very friendly white turkey that is super nosey and will probably come say hi. But don’t want dogs to go chasing it or attack it! :). Feel free to park next to the address sign to the left! And enjoy
