I didn’t do a lot of exploring, but I loved the big open area where my dogs could run & chase their ball, to their hearts’ content. The only constructive criticism I have is that I didn’t see any address marker on the road, or anything indicating I was in the right place. I just had to trust my GPS when it told me which driveway to turn down. I’m not sure if anyone is allowed to hunt there, or nearby enough that they might wander onto this piece of property, but I’d suggest orange vests for your dogs to keep them safe, just in case. I didn’t run into any problems here, but looking around, it looked like good hunting land & that got me thinking that maybe I need to get some orange vests for my two, during hunting season. All in all this was a great spot at a great price & I plan to return. My 2 malinois came home ready for a nap!

We had a wonderful time! Our host was so thoughtful and communicative, and the spot was great! We spent two hours exploring with our four dogs. The pine forests were beautiful! We can’t wait to visit again.

We loved visiting the 50 Acre Off Leash Training & Play spot! It’s such a gorgeous piece of land and we felt so spoiled having our own little retreat to be off leash. Daisy loved adventuring through the trees and we played ball in the open field for a full hour. We only booked the spot for three hours, but we aren’t done exploring. Can’t wait to return!

My female is recovering from being spayed, so I brought my male out to run off some energy, hoping he’ll be a little less of a pill, while she’s resting. It worked! Lol. My boy had so much fun running around, sniffing all the new smells, playing ball, and just exploring. We even saw some deer. This time we found the picnic table & a charcoal grill. What a wonderful place for dogs to explore.

There are very few spots on here that allows you to just get lost in the woods and roam free with your dogs. We spent 3 amazing hours walking the hills, gorges, and ravines. If I lived closer, we would visit this spot 3 times a week. The 1 1/2 hour drive was definitely worth it. The only thing I would like to see is a clearer path down to the pond. Even if there isn't, I definitely want to bring my dogs during the summer to swim. Gorgeous property!

Easy access to the spot right off the road with secluded field and trails. Nice trails to follow that aren’t too muddy even when it’s wet out. However, the spot right in front of the gate does get muddy so be careful driving in and out.

Had a blast here. It was a perfect day to do some exploring. A little muddy at the entrance, so if you have a low-lying car, I'd suggest parking just outside the gate.

We enjoyed our time exploring the property! It’s about 15 minutes away from where we live and it was a very nice change of scenery. Very quiet and peaceful, my dog Memphis had a blast running and sniffing to his hearts content. Host was responsive and gave us the code to the gate an hour prior to our visit. Definitely one of our favorite local Sniffspots! Thank you for having us ❤️

Backyard is HUGE!!! It was sooo amazing to let my girl run free. She’s an apartment dog and we don’t do dog parks. It was the best to see her chasing balls off leash and still protected by a fence. I will definitely be back! Easy to access and they left out toys. So nice!!

This was the first time I ever used sniff spot and Penny’s was an amazing experience. The yard is huge and securely fenced with six foot fencing. Covered porch so that humans can sit and watch the pups play while staying out of the sun. There were toys and a bowl of water for the pups along with poop bags. So grateful to have been able to rent this space out and let my dogs run as a break from our very long road trip.
