Plentiful parking on the street right in front of the house. Paved area to gate on the side of the house to the back. Secure fence with nowhere a small dog could sneak through. Our dogs loved running around and had a lot of fun! There are 2 adorable neighbor dogs on the side with the privacy fence that popped outside for a bit, but they weren't an issue because of the fence. Very nicely maintained yard and patio area. Plenty of toys for the dogs and water, sanitizer, poop bags, a trash can to dispose poop bags etc. A great visit! Our dogs really loved it and are worn out now!

Really great space! Shade and sun, completely fenced in and nothing that my border collie escape artist could get out of. She was kind and came to say hi and drop off toys and water for my pup which we appreciated. Happy he got to do some zoomies in such a nice space!

I brought 3 dogs to Jan’s backyard and it was fantastic! I was super grateful for the water since I forgot to bring any with me. All 3 of my dogs were tuckered out after just half an hour! I brought a teeny dog that could potentially get through a couple spots in the fence but only because he is super small. Medium dogs and larger should be fine. Plenty of places for them to sniff and explore!

The yard is fully fenced. There is a patio/deck, grass, mulch tree/plant area. The grass is very plush and healthy - perfect dog grass! We brought our own water, toys and poop bags but there is a bin the owner will leave out with a bowl (use house hose) and towels and other stuff. Owner was engaging through app and very responsive to any questions or needs. Great visit!

Great yard! I have a dog who doesn’t love strangers and another who doesn’t love other dogs. We saw a dog through the fence but the holes were so small that he barely noticed and didn’t freak out. Neighbors were out in the yard on both sides, but they were far enough away and the holes in the fence were small enough that our people anxiety dog didn’t care. Great shaded areas, ample seating, big yard, a huge bowl of water available, and easy to find. Highly recommend!

The pups enjoyed their play! It was a bit warm but there were plenty of shady spots on the stone patio for them to cool off in between exploring the yard. Nice bowl and a hose for water, balls, and good space to run around. Thank you!

Perfect sized fenced-in yard! My dog had a blast. I even did the add-on of the kiddie pool for her, but my dog had a great time even without it. We will definitely be back again!

This was our first time at a Sniff Spot and we loved it! While we were hoping our greyhound would want to run around, she seemed content with sniffing and hoping someone would let her inside 😝 Fencing was secure everywhere which made us feel comfortable!

James and his yard are fantastic. We mistakenly thought that our reservation was an hour later and James was very accommodating. The yard is large and well kept with plenty of room for the pups to run around.

Clean, well-fenced (with metal grid to cover the openings in a wood slat fence), chairs, water, even a few toys. Yard is a terrific size, great communication, and easy to find/park/use. Host even set a few towels out as it's been raining for a few days and our dog (predictably) got a little muddy. Greatly appreciated!
