55The yard is fully fenced. There is a patio/deck, grass, mulch tree/plant area. The grass is very plush and healthy - perfect dog grass! We brought our own water, toys and poop bags but there is a bin the owner will leave out with a bowl (use house hose) and towels and other stuff. I brought a teeny dog that could potentially get through a couple spots in the fence but only because he is super small. Medium dogs and larger should be fine. There are 2 adorable neighbor dogs on the side with the privacy fence that popped outside for a bit, but they weren't an issue because of the fence. Very nicely maintained yard and patio area.
