Welcome to the World’s Largest Sniffspot (Confirmed). There’s all kinds of areas to let your dog sniff and romp around! Upon arrival you may romp around in any field as far as your eyes can see. We just harvested corn September 2024 and the land is wide open and crop free until spring! There’s google earth maps showing property lines in yellow in the pictures. We are a friendly, dog-loving family offering our spacious, secure backyard as a private play spot for your pup! We know how important it is for dogs to have a safe, off-leash space to run, sniff, and explore — and we’re excited to share ours with you. Our yard is fully fenced, well-maintained, and offers plenty of room for exercise or relaxed play. We welcome all friendly dogs and their responsible owners, and we’re happy to answer any questions to make sure you and your pup have the best possible experience. Come let your dog enjoy a stress-free, private playtime — we look forward to hosting you!

Gate entrance is to the left of the garage. You are able to park along the road or in the driveway. Please be mindful not to block any vehicles in & we will do the same. Feel free to sit and relax on the patio or by the fire pit. You are able to move the plastic chairs around as needed! We have tall trees, so there is plenty of shade. 💧 There is a hose on the larger patio if you need to fill the water bowl. 🚮 We have a small trash can located by the shed or you can use the big one outside of our garage.

We no longer have goats. 8 acre pasture completely fenced in with wood fence and field wire. Field is currently completely cut. You are allowed to drive your vehicle in to the field without having to leash your pup! It’s such a large area that waste removal isn’t required unless it happens right in front of you. If that happens, please dispose of over the fence. Shovel provided a entry. Just for your information. This “farmette” is in a neighborhood so there may be other dogs in other peoples yards that you might hear. We also have a family dog that might be visible occasionally in our own private yard, far away and totally separate from the Sniffspot. If your pet is very sensitive and can’t deal with even the site of and or hearing another animal, unfortunately this is not the spot for you. Finally, we are a community of pet lovers and we all pull together and support each other positively . If you have any issues at all, please reach out to me and I will make it right . We have received 1 out of 100 less than stellar review left simply because our family dog was let out in our front yard totally separate from the Sniffspot for five minutes and I just don’t want there to be any other negative experiences. Thank you!🙂

Upon arriving at the Meadow Farm dog park, please pull in the drive to the house to park feel free to explore all around the yard and across the driveway into the grass fields in the backyard is a fully fenced small area. Also, there is a picnic table that can be used as well as a swing. You’ll notice that there is a pond in the backyard where your dog can play. Enjoy your time at the Meadow Farm dog park. In the pictures you'll see a few maps, these can be used as a guide to help show property boundaries as well as parking.

Welcome to this hidden rural getaway for you and your Furbaby! There are 10 acres of land that can be explored including woods and most popular a pond to cool off or splash around in during the hot summer months. An abundance of wildlife live in the woods so don’t be surprised by a random deer, rabbits, raccoons and such. With rural areas also comes briars, thorns, uneven ground, mole tunnels, and of course, ticks and mosquitoes the further you venture. So come prepared! There are ammenties available to reserve as well if you'd also like to enjoy the water along with your Pup as they will love exploring as should you! If they have a special affinity for water play, you would like to slowly introduce them to water or to just enjoy a splash on the banks privately they will absolutely have a blast! ** This is the country so while the land is wonderful to explore it does have vacant and undeveloped areas. You will encounter nature especially in the spring and summer. Depending on how far from the house and immediate pond area you venture, there are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please keep in mind when booking your comfort level being used to the outdoors and being adventurous!
